The clip system includes a first clamp member including an adjustment arm and a first engagement arm, and a second clamp member including a sleeve and a second engagement arm. The sleeve is configured to adjustably retain the adjustment arm to allow the first clamp member and the second clamp member to be moveably adjusted. The first engagement arm and the second engagement arm are configured to securely clamp portions of the insulation blanket and the frame therebetween.
