    Abstract: Solutions pertaining to allocating antennas of a user equipment (UE) between connections using different RATs are proposed. A UE has a first connection to a first network and a second connection to a second network, each connection employing a respective radio access technology (RAT). During operation, the UE may identify a precondition of reconfiguring the connections. For example, the UE may intend to change a multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) setting of the first connection in order to release some antennas that can be allocated to the second connection to relieve a communication bottleneck thereof. Prior to reconfiguring the connections, the UE may communicate its intent to the first network. The UE may not reconfigure the connections until a confirmation is received from the first network.

The cathode material is a 1D metal-organic coordination polymer of [CuL(Py)2]n, and its structure is formed by interlinking organic ligands (L) and metals (Cu). The cathode material can use redox active sites on both the metal and organic ligand to carry out multi-electron transfer. A C?N bond contained in L together with a benzene ring of L in an adjacent polymer chain form a weak interaction of C?N . . . ?. In addition, a Py of adjacent polymer chains also have an interaction of ? . . . ?. Therefore, [CuL(Py)2]n chains are closely interlaced and packed, but there is still enough regular space for lithium ions to enter and exit quickly, so it can be charged and discharged rapidly and exhibits high power density.
