    Abstract: A method for forming a photomask includes receiving a substrate having a first layer formed thereon, wherein a patterned second layer exposing portions of the first layer is disposed over the substrate, removing the exposed portions of the first layer through the patterned second layer to form a plurality of openings in the first layer, removing the patterned second layer, and performing a wet etching to remove portions of the first layer to widen the plurality of openings with an etchant. The etchant is in contact with a top surface of the first layer and sidewalls of the plurality of openings. Each of the plurality of openings has a first width prior to the performing of the wet etching and a second width after the performing of the wet etching. The second width is greater than the first width.

The UE receives, from the network, a configuration with a set of time offsets for determining an association set. The UE determines one or more slots. Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool. The one or more occasions is determined or derived based upon the one or more slots and the period of N slots.

In one method, a first device receives a configuration for operating in a network scheduling mode for acquiring sidelink resources. The first device triggers or is triggered to transmit a report to the second device in response to the report request. If the first device has no available sidelink resource for transmitting the report, the first device triggers a scheduling request. The first device transmits a signaling of the scheduling request to the network. The first device receives a sidelink grant from the network. Then, a keycap is formed through a second male mold and a female mold according to an injection molding process. Then, the second male mold and the female mold are separated from each other, so that the keycap is fixed on the female mold. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are stacked on each other, so that the stabilizer bar and the keycap are combined together. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are separated from each other. Consequently, the stabilizer bar is detached from the first male mold. By using the keycap forming method, it is not necessary to manually assemble the stabilizer bar with the keycap.

    Abstract: In an example, a second UE receives a first SCI and a second SCI from a first UE in a first slot. A groupcast sidelink transmission is scheduled by the first SCI and the second SCI. The second SCI indicates a location indication, associated with a location of the first UE, and a communication range. A PSFCH resource is determined based upon the first SCI. The second UE doesn't transmit a NACK indication on the PSFCH resource if location information of the second UE is available, the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, and the second UE is outside the communication range. The second UE transmits the NACK indication on the PSFCH resource if the location information isn't available and the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, or if the location information is available, the groupcast sidelink transmission isn't successfully decoded, and the second UE is within the communication range.
