Abstract: A ratchet wrench comprises a grip, having a first opening, a second opening and an accommodation space, an adjustment structure being connected to the first opening, the adjustment structure including a positioning seat and a positioning member, the positioning seat having a positioning hole; a rod member, slidably disposed in the positioning hole, the rod member including a polygonal rod section and a cylindrical rod section, a through hole being defined in the rod member, an annular body being connected to the polygonal rod section, the cylindrical rod section having a first positioning portion, the polygonal rod section having a second positioning portion, the positioning member being selectively engaged with the first positioning portion or the second positioning portion to adjust a relative position of the grip and the rod member; a shaft, disposed in the through hole, the shaft being rotatable relative to the rod member.

Abstract: A screwdriver having a cable-stripping structure has a grip provided with a combining portion having a first cable-stripping groove, and has a pressing plate combined with the combining portion and having a second cable-stripping groove positionally corresponding to the first cable-stripping groove. The screwdriver further has two knives each respectively installed in a first slit of the first cable-stripping groove and a second slit of the second cable-stripping groove and each having a cable-stripping blade aligned with a corresponding first cable-stripping groove or second cable-stripping groove, so that the pressing plate is allowed to move in a travel-limited manner along a screw-driving shaft inserted in the grip. The combining portion further has a fixing hole, while the pressing plate further has a holding hole corresponding in position to the fixing hole. Thereby the cable-stripping structure facilitates stripping and bending electric wires of different diameters.

Abstract: A retractable screwdriver includes a base, a first tube fitted on the base, a first transmission rod, a second tube, a second transmission rod, a rod member and a rotating member. The first transmission rod has a blind hole, a first engaging portion at one end and a gear shaft at the other end, and is axially meshing with a ratchet gear and inner teeth of a cap of the rotating member as well. The second transmission rod includes a through hole, a second engaging portion at one end to engage with the first engaging portion, and a threaded portion at an opposing end for a tightening nut to be secured thereon. The tightening nut enables to adjust the length of the rod member. The gear shaft meshes with the ratchet positioning assembly, preventing the screwdriver from reversing to an opposing direction.
