  • Publication number: 20240145155
Abstract: Provided is a core structure of an inductor element. The manufacturing method thereof is to embed a magnetic conductor including at least one magnetic conductive layer in a core body and to from a plurality of apertures for passing coils around the magnetic conductor in the core body. Accordingly, the magnetic conductor is designed in the core body by using the integrated circuit carrier board manufacturing process, such that the overall size and thickness of the inductor element can be greatly reduced, thereby facilitating product miniaturization using the inductor element.

  • Publication number: 20160263980
Abstract: A hybrid electrical power system for an industrial electric vehicle such as an electric forklift, includes a base weight, an electrical power module on the base weight and front and rear frame supports erected from the base weight and sandwiching the electrical power module therebetween. The electrical power module includes a fuel cell module having a fuel cell stack, a hydrogen storage tank and an air blower, and a Li-ion rechargeable battery module. A weight of the base weight is about 70%-80% of a total weight of the system. A weight of a fixer for the hydrogen storage tank is about 10% of the total weight of the system. The blower is connected to a filter via a resonator to reduce a noise level generated by air blower. Electrode plates and membranes of the fuel cell stack are vertically stacked up.

  • Publication number: 20160268613
Abstract: A fuel cell system for a forklift includes a fuel cell stack consisting of an anode, a cathode and a coolant passage. A fuel tank is provided for supplying hydrogen to the anode. An air blower is provided for supplying air to the cathode. A pump is used for circulating coolant through the coolant passage. A heat exchanger is positioned at downstream of the fuel tank and the pump and in fluid coupling therewith. The hydrogen absorbs heat from the coolant in the heat exchanger before the hydrogen flows to the anode. The air absorbs heat from the coolant in a radiator before the air flows to the cathode. The radiator is in fluid coupling with the heat exchanger and the coolant passage and located therebetween.

  • Publication number: 20160264006
Abstract: A hybrid electrical power system for an electric vehicle, particularly an industrial electric vehicle such as an electric forklift, comprises a fuel cell stack, a DC/DC converter and a Li-ion battery. The DC/DC converter comprises a transformer for converting a voltage of direct current generated by the fuel cell stack to another voltage, and a controller for generating a reference voltage for the another voltage to approach. When the reference voltage is set to be larger than the another voltage, the fuel cell stack provides power to drive the vehicle and charge the Li-ion battery. When the reference voltage is set to be not larger than the voltage of direct current from the Li-ion battery, both the Li-ion battery and the fuel cell stack provide power to drive the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7485387
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel cell module compatible with a dry cell. The fuel cell module includes an enclosure, a power generating unit, a hydrogen storage unit and positive/negative output ends. The hollow enclosure has an internal space, and is provided with some preset through-holes, allowing external oxygen to enter into the space. The power generating unit and hydrogen storage unit are mounted into the space of the enclosure. Positive and negative output ends are placed at both sides or adjacent at one side of the enclosure, thereby guiding the positive and negative charge generated by the power generating unit; since the fuel cell modules are compatible with existing conventional dry cells. These modules are widely applied to existing electrical or electronic products.

  • Publication number: 20080248366
Abstract: The present invention is a fuel cell with a combined fuel supply unit and power generating unit. The fuel cell includes a fuel supply unit, a power generating unit, and an enclosure. The fuel supply or fuel storage unit is incorporated laterally or internally into the power generating unit, thereby shortening the fuel pipeline. The performance of the fuel cell is improved, and the space required for fuel cell is reduced for greater applicability.
