Abstract: The present invention relates to a separating device of sequential interlaced video scenes, which comprises the following components: one separating unit of interlaced video scenes; one input unit of interlaced scene video signals, which electrically connects with the separating unit of interlaced video scenes, and provides one interlaced scene video signal to the separating unit of interlaced video scenes; in which, the interlaced scene video signal is integrated by one first scene video signal and one second scene video signal and interlaced combined by time; the separated unit of the interlaced video scenes is able to separate the interlaced scene video signals to the first video scene video signal and the second scene video signal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for interactively transferring video on the network video cameras or network video servers, which contains the following steps: providing a network camera or network video server; transferring a first video signal from the network camera or network video server to a first computer through a network; translating this first video signal to a first video image and displaying it onto the first computer; newly generating a drawing pattern and pasting it onto the first video image by covering; transferring a second video signal from the network camera or network video server to a second computer through a network; translating this second video signal to a second video image and displaying it onto the second computer; newly generating a drawing pattern and pasting it onto the second video image by covering.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a generating device for sequential interlaced scenes comprising: an interlaced scene generating unit; a video signal input unit, which electrically connects with the interlaced scene generating unit, for receiving a first scene video signal and a second scene video signal, and transferring the first scene video signal and the second scene video signal to the interlaced scene generating unit; wherein the interlaced scene generating unit is able to generate an interlaced scene video signal, and the interlaced scene video signal is combined by the first scene video signal and the second scene video signal in interlacing and by time.

Abstract: A method for low data rate video image storage is disclosed in the present invention, comprising following steps: capturing a video image; comparing the video image with a specific video image by a specific comparison solution, to generate a comparison result; based on the comparison result keeping stable without change in a period of time, forming a minified video image and storing the minified video image.
