  • Publication number: 20240239059
Abstract: A molding method of a support rod that first passing a plurality of long fibers through a resin bath for impregnating with resin, then passing the plurality of long fibers impregnated with resin through a bundling hole of a position-constrained vertical plate on a machine to preliminarily form a bundle end; providing a coating layer on the machine, one end of the coating layer obliquely passes through a guiding portion on the position-constrained vertical plate to downwardly contact the bundle end; then placing the one end of the coating layer and the bundle end into a mold cavity of a mold at the same time to form a long rod body; and then cutting the long rod body into multi-segment support rods through a cutting process.

  • Patent number: 11272273
Abstract: A signal transmission apparatus comprises a base and a shell, wherein a top portion of the base has a signal transmission device. The shell is covered above the base. A cavity is formed inside the shell. The cavity is in communication with an opening of a bottom portion of the shell. And the shell comprises a ceramic shell body and an inner covering layer. The inner covering layer is fully attached to an inner surface of the ceramic shell body. Therefore, the signals of the signal transmission device can pass through the shell so that the signal transmission device can receive or transmit signals. And through the strong adhesion of the inner covering layer, the ceramic shell body can be kept intact without being broken into a lot of debris when the ceramic shell body is impacted by external force or suddenly dropped.

  • Publication number: 20210153580
Abstract: A puncture-proof structure of the present invention comprises at least two first fiber layers, an intermediate layer and at least two second fiber layers, which are stacked in sequence. A first fiber layers includes a plurality of first woven fibers having a plurality of first gaps therebetween. Another of the first fiber layers includes a plurality of first fibers, and the plurality of first fibers is arranged to be overlapped to enclose the plurality of first gaps. A second fiber layers includes a plurality of second woven fibers, and the plurality of second woven fibers having a plurality of second gaps therebetween. Another of the second fiber layers includes a plurality of second fibers, and the plurality of second fibers is arranged to be overlapped to enclose the plurality of second gaps. By such arrangement, the puncture-proof structure can achieve the effect of preventing the front and back from being punctured.

  • Publication number: 20150184981
Abstract: A ceramic guard plate, covered by a cladding layer, comprising plural first, second, and third ceramic plates lined up straightly. Each of the first ceramic plates comprises at least one symmetric pair of a first and a second sides, and each of the second and third ceramic plates comprises at least one symmetric pair of a first and a second lateral faces. The first and second sides and the first and second lateral faces are correspondingly staggered inclined planes. An adhesive is deformably adhered between the first side of the first ceramic plate and the second lateral face of the third ceramic plate and between the second side of the first ceramic plate and the first lateral face of the second ceramic plate. Accordingly, the ceramic plates can be bent relatively from each other and the protection function can be maintained at the same time.

  • Patent number: 8753040
Abstract: The invention relates to an offshore installation method of a wind power generator and its fabrication segments. A prefabricated wind power generator is finished at a first location, and then carried by a ship to a second location for installation, largely saving installation time. With a tower inserted down through a base to shrink height of the generator, the ship can not only effectively diminish shaking posed by wind and sea waves, advancing steadiness of delivery, but also be one with smaller tonnage to save cost.
