Abstract: Disclosed are a broadcasting processing apparatus and a control method of the same. The broadcasting processing apparatus including: a broadcasting receiver which receives a broadcasting signal including contents and additional information about the contents; a condition access module which descrambles the contents if the contents have been scrambled; and a controller which controls the broadcasting receiver to receive the broadcasting signal during a power-off mode, and stores contents information about a shunning function that prevents the inputting of the contents to the condition access module among the received additional information.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing information about over-the-air (OTA) transmission is provided, which includes a communication interface connected with an external device for communication via an external communication network; and a controlling part which controls the communication interface such that the information about OTA transmission is transmitted to the external device via the external communication network. As a result, OTA information can be provided to the users more efficiently, by transmitting text message regarding the OTA information to the external devices of the users.

Abstract: A method of automatically changing a channel to enhance user convenience in an image processing device. If a channel changing event in which the broadcast signal is not normally received from the service channel occurs, an image processing device sets an automatic changing channel to automatically change a service channel into a certain channel. Accordingly, whenever the channel changing event occurs, as a user does not need to search for channels and change a service channel, the television can enhance user convenience.
