Abstract: A milk expressing device capable of simulating a baby's suckling includes first and second vacuum sources, a throttle hole, a solenoid relief valve, first and second tubes, a breast shield, and a control circuit board. The first tube connecting the first vacuum source and the breast shield is provided with the throttle hole to communicate with the atmosphere. When the first vacuum source is turned off, negative pressure in the first tube and the breast shield disappears slowly through the throttle hole. The second tube connecting the second vacuum source and the breast shield is provided with the solenoid relief valve to communicate with the atmosphere. When the solenoid relief valve is activated, negative pressure in the second tube and in the breast shield is rapidly removed. The control circuit board controls the first and second vacuum sources and the solenoid relief valve.

Abstract: A hygienic device for use with a container opening is provided. The hygienic device includes a base and at least two guard elements which are integrally formed as a unitary structure. The guard elements, which are made of a soft resilient material and positioned on the base, are readily bendable downward to change shape and thus facilitate the opening/closing thereof, and can get closer together to form a protective layer for enclosing the container opening. The hygienic device requires lesser constituent elements and dispenses with the need to remove a hygienic lid from the container before using the container. The guard elements are capable of rebounding and adjusting shape and thickness, effective in balancing a resilient force and a binding force generated as a result of the bending and opening of the guard elements, and effective in attaching to the container; hence, the guard elements open without increasing occupied space.

Abstract: An infrared thermometer is disclosed in the present invention, wherein the elastic covering of the probe thereof can be driven to extend outwardly like a cone for measuring ear temperature, or driven to retract inwardly into the housing for measuring forehead temperature, so as to achieve the objective of switching modes between measuring ear/forehead temperature conveniently. In addition, the elastic covering provides enhanced tender feeling to the ear or forehead of the person to be measured in both modes. The upper seat and the lower seat of the housing can be pivotally rotated to different angles to meet demands that may arise during the operation of the infrared thermometer, such as during self-measurement or measurement of other people, so as to facilitate the use of the infrared thermometer.
