    Abstract: Lighting systems and methods of combining visible and non-visible light converting phosphor are presented herein. A method comprises varying respective amounts of a non-visible light converting phosphor and respective amounts of a visible light converting phosphor that are included in respective encapsulants that have been used to encapsulate LED chips of respective samples of a group of LED chips within respective LED test packages; based on determined mathematical relationships and correlations associated with the varying, including a first amount of the non-visible light converting phosphor and a second amount of the visible light converting phosphor in an encapsulant; and encapsulating, using the encapsulant, a manufacturing portion of the group of LED chips within respective LED packages to facilitate categorization of the respective LED packages into a manufacturing bin represented by a defined target LED package light output intensity and a defined target LED package light output color coordinate.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for use in injection molding with the capability to have precise and adjustable control of the molten plastic flow when molding at least two (2) non-identical (i.e. with more than 50% difference in weight or form) or identical complex-shaped and intricate plastic parts at the same time, utilizing a mold with at least two (2) parting layers via a standard conventional injection machine. This invention incorporates the principle of having two (2) valve pins in which their movements are back-to-back and can be independently opened and closed as controlled by stepper, servo or linear motors linked to a separate independent tool controller. The two (2) valve pins are positioned at the floating half of the mold for sequential, stack or multi-layer mold with multiple cavities.

The invention includes the steps of registering a member consumer and creating a member record in a computer server; registering a member merchant outlet and creating a member merchant record; recording all transactions made by member consumers in a transaction record; issuing loyalty numbers to member consumers following their individual levels of spending according to pre-determined rules of the program; randomly selecting at least one potential reward recipient from a database of participating members, when a target is reached according to pre-determined rules of the program; answering a quiz correctly to claim and receive the rewards from the tiered reward scheme on an optional basis; and updating all records therein the computer server after each selection of the program.
