    Abstract: A low-temperature oxide method is used for manufacturing backside field stop layer of IGBT and first fabricates front elements and front metal layer on a first face of a first conductive type substrate. A multiple-recesses structure is formed on a back side of the first conductive type substrate. Each of the recess in the multiple-recesses structure has first conductive type implanted patterns on exterior sides thereof and the multiple-recesses structure has a first conductive type implanted layer on bottom thereof. A plurality of first conductive type polysilicon layers are deposited into the multiple-recesses structure and respectively corresponding to the first conductive type implanted patterns. A second conductive type impurity layer is formed on the bottom of the first conductive type substrate and laser annealing is conducted to form backside field stop layer for IGBT.

    Abstract: Medical devices for shearing tissue into small pieces are provided. One exemplary device includes oppositely rotating first and second rotatable members, each located at least partially within a distal housing. The device also includes first and second circular axle portions, and first and second blades that are directly adjacent to one another and positioned to partially overlap such that tissue may be sheared between the first and second blades, between the first blade and the second axle portion and between the second blade and the first axle portion. The rotatable members are configured to engage tissue from a target tissue site with teeth of the first and second blades, rotate towards one another and inwardly to direct tissue from the target tissue site through a tissue engaging opening and into an interior portion of the distal housing. Methods of fabricating and using the above device are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A display panel includes gate lines and a gate driver. The gate driver includes series coupled driving stages, in which an N-th driving stage of the series-coupled driving stages includes a driving unit and an input control unit. The driving unit transmits a first clock signal according to a control voltage level of a control node, so as to output a gate-driving signal. The input control unit transmits the gate-driving signal outputted from an (N?1)-th driving stage to the control nodes, so as to adjust the control voltage level to one of a first voltage level and a second voltage level. A predetermined time interval is present between a rising edge of the first clock signal and a falling edge of the second clock signal. During the predetermined time interval, the control voltage level is pulled to the first voltage level by the input control unit.

The upper casing is on the lower casing to form a flow path. An impeller is in the flow path. In response to resonance, noise can be absorbed by the first and second absorption materials and converted into heat.

The thin-film transistor layer may have a substrate with upper and lower surfaces. Thin-film-transistor circuitry may be formed on the upper surface. A display driver integrated circuit may be mounted to the lower surface or a flexible printed circuit and may be coupled to the thin-film-transistor circuitry using wire bonding wires. Through vias that are formed through the thin-film-transistor layer substrate may be used in coupling the thin-film-transistor circuitry to the display driver integrated circuit.
