    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) identification tag including a substrate, a planar antenna, an RF chip, a plurality of signal conductors and a plurality of ground conductors is provided. The RF chip receives an RF signal from the planar antenna to generate an identification code. The signal conductors are coupled to the planar antenna. The ground conductors, interlaced on two opposite sides of the signal conductors, and the signal conductors are adjacent to each other and disposed on the substrate to form a coplanar waveguide structure which includes an impedance match portion and a transmission portion. The impedance match portion has an input end coupled to the signal conductors and a ground plane coupled to the ground conductors. The RF chip is disposed between the input end and the ground plane. The transmission portion is connected between the impedance match portion and the planar antenna.

Some embodiments may allow the input to request a specific display position to display. In response to the input indicating a change to a three-dimensional map view mode, embodiments may then display an animation that moves a virtual camera for the map display to different virtual camera positions to illustrate that the map view mode is changed to a three-dimensional map view mode.

    Abstract: A sampling circuit of the power converter according to the present invention comprises an amplifier circuit receiving a reflected voltage for generating a first signal. A first switch and a first capacitor are utilized to generate a second signal in response to the reflected voltage. A sample-signal circuit generates a sample signal in response to the disable of a switching signal. The switching signal is generated in accordance with a feedback signal for regulating an output of the power converter. The feedback signal is generated in accordance with the second signal. The sample signal is utilized to control the first switch for sampling the reflected voltage. The sample signal is disabled once the first signal is lower than the second signal. The sampling circuit precisely samples the reflected voltage of the transformer of the power converter for regulating the output of the power converter.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method uses location based authentication of a user accessing a virtual machine (VM) by using the physical location of the virtual machine as a criteria for the authentication. When a user requires a logical partition to run in a known, specified physical location, the user specifies the physical location when the VM is created. The specified physical location is then incorporated into the user authentication process. Users are challenged and must know the physical location in order to be authenticated to the system. When a “disruptive event” in the cloud environment occurs that necessitates moving the VM to another location, the original physical location is stored so the virtualization manager later can automatically relocate the VM back to its original physical location.

    Abstract: A cushioning wheel member has an annular body, an axis and multiple cushioning spokes. The annular body has a through hole defined axially through the annular body. The axis is mounted axially and located centrally in the through hole of the annular body. The cushioning spokes are curved and resilient, are deformed to decentralize the axis with external force applied to the cushioning spokes and recover to centralize the axis with removal of the external force. Each cushioning spoke has two ends, and one end of the cushioning spoke is connected to an inner annular surface of the annular body and the other end is connected to the axis. The cushioning spokes are structurally simple and light and may be deformed when encountering external force or impact and therefore provide excellent press-engaging effect and cushioning effect when installed in an ink ribbon cassette and a light duty carrier.
