  • Publication number: 20150093043
Abstract: An image correlation for images having speckle pattern is evaluated. Modulation transfer function (MTF) curves of speckle-pattern images captured at different times are figured out. Whether a correlation value between the MTF curves meets a threshold is checked. If the correlation value is smaller than the threshold, speckle-pattern images are re-selected for re-figuring out the MTF curves and the correlation value. Thus, error of strain and displacement for digital image correlation owing to blurring images of the on-moving target object is figured out; calculation time of the digital image correlation is reduced; and accuracy on measuring physical parameters of the target object before and after movement is improved for digital image correlation.

  • Publication number: 20150096044
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for adjusting screen locking time, and an electronic terminal. Time interval values T1, T2, . . . , and TN between screen locking and screen unlocking for consecutive N times are acquired, and when it is determined that the acquired time interval values T1, T2, . . . , and TN are all in a preset threshold range, a current screen locking time value is updated into the sum of the current screen locking time value and a preset time delay value. In the disclosure, a usage situation in which the terminal automatically locks the screen and a user unlocks the screen is monitored in real time, and according to the time intervals between screen locking and screen unlocking for consecutive N times, it is determined whether the current screen locking time is appropriate in the current usage environment and situation.

  • Publication number: 20150091947
Abstract: Techniques for scale factor based on viewing distance are described. In at least some embodiments, a viewing distance refers to a distance at which a user typically views and/or is viewing a display device. For instance, different displays can be used in different ways and for different purposes, and thus may have different viewing distances. Techniques discussed herein consider the estimated viewing distance of a particular display in determining a scale factor to be applied to visual elements (e.g., graphics) for output via the particular display. A scale factor, for instance, can specify that visual elements are to zoomed-out or zoomed-in prior to be displayed. As detailed herein, this enables a consistent viewing experience to be maintained across different devices with different display sizes and different viewing distances.

  • Publication number: 20150095858
Abstract: A method of generating complementary masks based on a target pattern having features to be imaged on a substrate for use in a multiple-exposure lithographic imaging process. In embodiments, the invention provides a double exposure lithography method which trims (i.e., removes) unwanted SB residues from the substrate, that is suitable for use, for example, when printing 65 nm or 45 nm node devices or less. According to certain aspects, the present invention provides the ability to utilize large SBs due to the mutual trimming of SBs that results from the process of the present invention. Specifically, in the given process, both the H-mask and the V-mask contain circuit features and SBs, but they are in different corresponding orientations, and therefore, there is a mutual SB trimming for the H-mask and V-mask during the two exposures.
