    Abstract: A supply voltage generation circuit includes a comparison unit, a voltage level control unit and a voltage regulator circuit. Comparison unit is configured to compare input data and output data of a memory array to each other and thereby generating a comparison result, wherein output data are storage data stored in a plurality of memory units of memory array processed by a program operation according to input data, and the comparison result indicates the number of different bits existing between the output data and the input data. Voltage level control unit is configured to generate a control signal according to the comparison result. Voltage regulator circuit is configured to provide a supply voltage for the memory array and adjust the value of the supply voltage according to the control signal. A memory and an operation method of a supply generation circuit used for a memory array are also provided.

    Abstract: A broadband gateway, which enables communication with a plurality of devices, handles at least one physical layer connection to at least one corresponding network access service provider. Before allowing the devices to access content from the service provider, the broadband gateway may identify a device power profile for each of the devices, and a network power profile for the content to select a corresponding content delivery mechanism to optimize power consumption. The content may be communicated to the devices utilizing the corresponding selected content delivery mechanism. Depending on configuration, content transcoding may be performed at the broadband gateway and/or at the devices. The content may be burst downloaded and stored in a local storage to be consumed by the devices thereafter. Upon completion of download, the broadband gateway may shut down receiving components to save resources and power. The receiving components may be tuned on to receive additional content when needed.

The RRH is communicably coupled to a baseband unit (BBU) of the wireless communication system base station through a network, and the BBU processes and transmits downlink data to the RRH. The RRH includes: a time-delay measurement unit for measuring a time-delay for the downlink data to arrive at the RRH from the BBU; and a time-delay notification unit for notifying from the RRH to the BBU of time-delay data on the time-delay measured by the time-delay measurement unit, wherein the time-delay data is used to advance the starting time for the BBU to process and transmit the downlink data by an amount of time obtained based on the time-delay data.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a novel electrochemical device and a cancer cell heat release map method to visually display the cancer progresses. The novel device comprises an electrode having a nanopore biomimetic electron-relay network with imidazolium-ATP of cancer cell-water-pyridine at the active sites that mimic the electron-relaying between His 516 and N(5)-FAD of GOx for the purpose to selectively detect triple-negative breast cancer cell at single cell concentration and it rejects brain cancer cell. The device is fast in millisecond to detect cancers without sample preparation and without interference from other substances, such glucose and proteins under reagent-free conditions. A unique biomarker of the ratio of “Action/Resting” cell membrane potential can be used to monitor the cancer progress against the normal cells. A visual contour map of a multiple variable correlation method provided to assess the heat release from the cancer cells against the normal cells is presented.

If the actual light intensity distribution is uniform, the LEDs are soldered to the substrate directly. If there is dark/bright band/spot, the positions of LEDs in connection with the irregular light band/spot are adjusted to enable the light from the LED backlight module to have a uniform intensity distribution.
