A winding voltage of the energy storage element oscillates to provide an oscillation signal having one or more valleys during an OFF period of the power switch. The controller has a target valley number generator for providing a target locked valley number which is not exceeding an upper limit, a first comparison circuit for providing a first square wave signal by comparing a voltage sensing signal representative of the oscillation signal with a first threshold voltage, a second comparison circuit for providing a second square wave signal by comparing the voltage sensing signal with a second threshold voltage less than the first threshold voltage, and an upper limit updating circuit to determine if to update the upper limit.

The passivation layer is a porous structure having the first doped layer and/or the second doped layer inlaid in a hole region. The first doped layer and the second doped layer have a same doping polarity. By means of the doped region structure of the solar cell provided in the disclosure, the difficulty in production and the limitation on conversion efficiency as a result of precise requirements for the accuracy of a thickness of a conventional tunneling layer are resolved.
