A winding voltage of the energy storage element oscillates to provide an oscillation signal having one or more valleys during an OFF period of the power switch. The controller has a target valley number generator for providing a target locked valley number which is not exceeding an upper limit, a first comparison circuit for providing a first square wave signal by comparing a voltage sensing signal representative of the oscillation signal with a first threshold voltage, a second comparison circuit for providing a second square wave signal by comparing the voltage sensing signal with a second threshold voltage less than the first threshold voltage, and an upper limit updating circuit to determine if to update the upper limit.

The output signal is configured to change from the second value to the first value in response to the input signal subsequently attaining a second threshold value. A current limiting circuit is connected to the comparator circuit and operative to limit a leakage current of the comparator circuit.

The image includes one or more captured planar regions corresponding to one or more planes of the spatial object. A first captured planar region of the one or more captured planar regions includes an array of first captured identification codes and includes first captured straight lines associated with the first captured identification codes. The first captured straight lines in the image are associated with a first vanishing point. The method further includes identifying the first captured identification codes, identifying the first captured straight lines, determining first equations of the first captured straight lines, determining, coordinates of the first vanishing point, and determining one or more intrinsic parameters of the camera component based on at least the first vanishing point.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to multi-path operation. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a measurement report is transmitted to a base station on a first path between the UE and the base station, wherein the measurement report indicates channel quality information on one or more potential paths between the UE and the base station. A path addition command is then received from the base station, wherein the path addition command indicates the UE to add a path from one or more potential paths as a second path. The second path between the UE and the base station is then established based on the path addition command.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems and methods for sample processing and data analysis. Sample processing may include nucleic acid sample processing and subsequent sequencing. Some or all of a nucleic acid sample may be sequenced to provide sequence information, which may be stored or otherwise maintained in an electronic storage location. The sequence information may be analyzed with the aid of a computer processor, and the analyzed sequence information may be stored in an electronic storage location that may include a pool or collection of sequence information and analyzed sequence information generated from the nucleic acid sample. Methods and systems of the present disclosure can be used, for example, for the analysis of a nucleic acid sample, for producing one or more libraries, and for producing biomedical reports. Methods and systems of the disclosure can aid in the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, and prevention of one or more diseases and conditions.

The device includes a substrate, and a germanium photodiode region extending into an upper surface of the substrate. The germanium photodiode region has a curved upper surface that extends past the upper surface of the substrate. A silicon cap overlies the curved upper surface of the germanium photodiode region. There is an absence of oxide between the curved upper surface of the germanium photodiode region and an upper surface of the silicon cap.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to the technical field of solar cells, and provides a solar cell and a doped region structure thereof, a cell assembly, and a photovoltaic system. The doped region structure includes a first doped layer, a passivation layer, and a second doped layer that are disposed on a silicon substrate in sequence. The passivation layer is a porous structure having the first doped layer and/or the second doped layer inlaid in a hole region. The first doped layer and the second doped layer have a same doping polarity. By means of the doped region structure of the solar cell provided in the disclosure, the difficulty in production and the limitation on conversion efficiency as a result of precise requirements for the accuracy of a thickness of a conventional tunneling layer are resolved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a domain decomposition method and system for electromagnetic simulation. The method includes: dividing an antenna structure model into multiple subdomains, where each of the subdomains corresponds to a structure in one to-be-simulated array antenna; subdividing each of the subdomains by a tetrahedral network to obtain multiple tetrahedrons; obtaining a vector basis function of each edge of each of the tetrahedrons according to vertex positions and lengths of the edges of the tetrahedron; and calculating an electric field value and a magnetic field value of any point in a tetrahedron to which each of the edges belongs using a vector basis function corresponding to the edge and a double curl electric field wave equation of a subdomain to which the edge belongs.

Abstract: A silicone/polyurethane synthetic leather topcoat composition is disclosed. The silicone/polyurethane synthetic leather topcoat composition is a hydrosilylation curable silicone elastomer composition which provides good adhesion to polyurethane and is used to provide a topcoat for a silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material. The topcoat is the cured product of the composition. Also disclosed are methods of making the topcoat and the silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material as well as uses of the silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material.

The method includes forming an opening within a front side surface of a substrate; forming a conformal implant layer on bottom and sidewall surfaces of the opening; growing a first epitaxial layer on the bottom and the sidewall surfaces of the opening; depositing a second epitaxial layer on the first epitaxial layer to fill the opening, where the second epitaxial layer forms a radiation-sensing region. The method further includes depositing a stack on exposed surfaces of the second epitaxial layer, where the stack includes alternating pairs of a high-refractive index material layer and a low-refractive index material layer.
