Abstract: Aspects of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for dynamic load balancing of user traffic across Internet circuits based on monitored loads of the circuits. The method includes one or more processors receiving a request to utilize an Internet-accessible resource from a first user. The method further includes one or more processors identifying a communications service provider (CSP) that is associated with the user. The method further includes one or more processors determining a real-time load on a first Internet uplink circuit that is provisioned to the first CSP. In response to determining that the real-time load on the first Internet uplink circuit does meet a threshold condition, the method further includes one or more processors distributing traffic corresponding to executing the received request to utilize the Internet-accessible resource to a second Internet uplink circuit that is provisioned to a second CSP.

The method includes: collecting a frame image and uploads the frame image; recognizing a template image that matches the frame image and returning the template image; detecting a marker area of the frame image according to the template image; and superposing media data corresponding to the template image on the marker area and displaying the superposed image.

Abstract: A high safety vehicular transportation system is used in an individual carpool car with at least one user and comprises a user module, a rescue unit and a server center. The user module stores and provides carpool data, stores and provides states of individual carpool car, submits a carpool request and comprises a save our soul (SOS) system. The SOS system transmits a distress signal. The rescue unit provides emergency rescue assistance if any user is in a dangerous situation. The server center receives, stores and provides carpool data, has an instantaneous tracking capability, provides carpool service to at least one user, calls the rescue unit if the server center receives the distress signal, receives the carpool request and generates at least one carpool mission to fulfill the carpool request. An operational method for a high safety vehicular transportation system is also disclosed.

Abstract: This invention provides different compositions extracted from Fagopyrum cymosum (Trev.) Meisn. Said compositions comprise active components for therapeutic applications. This invention also provides a method of preparation of the compositions and a method of identification and determination of individual components of said compositions. Finally, this invention provides various uses of the compositions.
