  • Publication number: 20200196642
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a production method of marbled beef, and belongs to the field of food processing. The processing steps of the method are: freezing, thawing of beef, preparation of a gel emulsion, injection, wrap shaping, quick freezing, cutting and packaging, and hot dipping. The preparation method of the process of the disclosure can realize high-efficiency and standardized industrial production. By injecting beef with the formulated gel emulsion, the fat content and high-quality protein content of the beef can be increased, thereby improving the sensory properties and flavor of the beef, and producing high-quality beef. The gel emulsion for preparing marbled beef of the disclosure is liquid and is low in viscosity when the temperature is higher than 40° C., and therefore the gel emulsion is convenient for injection into beef, and can be uniformly dispersed in beef to form a delicate marble pattern. When the temperature is lower than 20° C., the gel emulsion forms a solid in beef tissue.

  • Publication number: 20200043145
Abstract: Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for generating texture models for objects within a video stream. The systems and methods access a set of images as the set of images are being captured at a computing device. The systems and methods determine, within a portion of the set of images, an area of interest containing an eye and extract an iris area from the area of interest. The systems and methods segment a sclera area within the area of interest and generate a texture for the eye based on the iris area and the sclera area.

  • Publication number: 20190323836
Abstract: A multi-node data synchronous acquisition system and a method for real-time monitoring of underwater surface deformation. The system includes at least four sensor arrays, where each of the sensor array consists of a plurality of ribbon-like rigid substrates connected by movable joints. On each section of rigid substrate, three sensor units are respectively connected to a slave station data acquisition unit through cables. The slave station data acquisition unit is connected with a central controller through a cable. The central controller includes a compressive cabin outside and an embedded controller and a power supply inside. Each slave station data acquisition unit acquires data from an MEMS attitude sensor and then transmits it to the embedded controller. The present invention may realize synchronous acquisition of underwater or even underwater multi-node data, implement three-dimensional surface reconstruction, and may be used for improving the ocean observation capability.

  • Patent number: 10019826
Abstract: A method of transferring a facial expression from a subject to a computer-generated character and a system and non-transitory computer-readable medium for the same. The method can include receiving an input image depicting a face of a subject; matching a first facial model to the input image; generating a displacement map representing of finer-scale details not present in the first facial model using a regression function that estimates the shape of the finer-scale details. The displacement map can be combined with the first facial model to create a second facial model that includes the finer-scale details, and the second facial model can be rendered, if desired, to create a computer-generated image of the face of the subject that includes the finer-scale details.
