Abstract: A miniature light emitting diode chip, a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The miniature light emitting diode chip includes: a substrate, including a first side and a second side; a first contact portion and a plurality of contact portions; and a plurality of miniature light emitting diodes. The miniature light emitting diodes each include a first electrode and a second electrode. An orthographic projection of a combination of the plurality of miniature light emitting diodes and a spacing between any two of the plurality of miniature light emitting diodes falls within the substrate. The first electrode of each of the plurality of miniature light emitting diodes is electrically connected to the first contact potion, and the second electrode of each of the plurality of miniature light emitting diodes is electrically connected to the plurality of second contact portions, respectively.

Abstract: A display substrate includes a first base, a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed on a side of the first base, a light dimming layer located in gaps between the plurality of light-emitting devices and located on surfaces of the plurality of light-emitting devices away from the first base, and a second base covering the light dimming layer. The plurality of light-emitting devices are spaced apart from each other. At least one light-emitting device is surrounded by the light dimming layer, a material of a portion, located in the gaps between the plurality of light-emitting devices, of the light dimming layer includes a light absorbing material, and the light dimming layer is configured to absorb part of light entering the light dimming layer.

Abstract: This invention relates to compositions of miscible electrically conductive polyaniline and to conductive articles formed from such compositions. Specifically, the invention relates to polyaniline dioctylsulfosuccinate which is miscible with some common organic solvents. UV-Visible spectra of dilute solutions of this polymer show a linear dependence of absorbance on concentration. Solution with high concentrations of polymer, >50 w %, can be prepared and uniform films can be cast from these solutions without any loss in electrical conductivity. The solutions and films are stable.
