  • Patent number: 11855015
Abstract: A structure includes a controlled polyimide profile. A method for forming such a structure includes depositing, on a substrate, a photoresist containing polyimide and performing a first anneal at a first temperature. The method further includes exposing the photoresist to a radiation source through a photomask having a pattern associated with a shape of a polyimide opening. The method further includes performing a second anneal at a second temperature and removing a portion of the photoresist to form the polyimide opening. The method further includes performing a third anneal at a third temperature and cleaning the polyimide opening by ashing.

  • Patent number: 7230863
Abstract: A high access rate flash control provided for accessing more than one flash memory chip having different access timing specifications is disclosed. The controller comprises a read/write(R/W) pulse generator, a R/W delay chain circuit, a sampling delay chain circuit, a bi-directional feedback pad (PAD1), a data bus sampler, and a second pad (PAD 2). In an embodiment, the flash controller using a fix clock to generate synchronized Read/Write pulse which is then appropriated adjusted by the R/W delay chain circuit to provide optimum R/W control signal. The adjusted R/W signal is than outputted by a bi-directional pad to flash memory chips. With the external signal feedback function, the bi-directional pad has associated with the sampling delay chain, the time latency due to pads can be eliminated nearly. Thus, the flash controller can approach high rate to access flash chips.

  • Publication number: 20030034382
Abstract: A process for producing a solder sheet with a bump grid array includes the step of molding a sheet of solder material in a mold having two mold halves. Each of the mold halves is formed with an array of first recesses. At least one of the mold halves is further formed with a plurality of second recesses interconnecting adjacent pairs of the first recesses. Each of the first recesses has a depth deeper than that of the second recesses. The first recesses of one of the mold halves are registered with the first recesses of the other of the mold halves such that the first and second recesses of the mold halves cooperatively form a mold cavity defining the shape of the molded solder sheet when the mold halves are brought toward each other to close the mold.
