    Abstract: An image sensing device and an image sensing method are provided. The image sensing device comprises an image sensing array, multiple analog-to-digital converters, a multiplexer, a write controller, a memory, and a read controller. Each of pixel capturing areas of the image sensing array acquires multiple analog pixel data sequentially at the same time. Each of the analog-to-digital converters converts these analog pixel data into multiple digital pixel data. The write controller receives the digital pixel data generated by the analog-to-digital converters from the multiplexer, and writes the digital pixel data to the memory according to a first pixel arrangement of the digital pixel data. The read controller reads the digital pixel data from the memory according to a second pixel arrangement related to the video format, thereby generating a video signal of the video format.

    Abstract: A synchronous translation apparatus and method using a single clock are provided. The method includes translating an image source signal format via an input control element at a first clock cycle and saving it in a buffer. Then, the formatted image source signal is read from the buffer through an output control element. Finally, an output format of the read-out image source signal is controlled so that the data volume output every clock cycle is increased for an image translating operation. The present invention uses the same clock, and furthermore, the number of image bits per clock cycle when the image source signal is output can be increased. Therefore, the design of the image translation apparatus is simplified so that the production cost is decreased to increase market competition.

    Abstract: The invention provides an image processing method and device to determine whether the timing signal is abnormal by detecting timing signal related to the image signal output to the display. When the timing signal is abnormal, the display receives no the timing signal related to the image signal. The horizontal synchronous signal and vertical synchronous signal prevent the elements in the display, such as electron gun, from operating with abnormal signals, enhancing display lifetime.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an image resolution interpolation method utilizing two reference pixels, two equations and a compensation equation to determine an interpolation pixel. The two equations respectively determine two right weight values for the two reference pixels, and the invention more uses a product of the two right weight values, the compensation equation, and a difference which is between two reference pixels to adjust the image. The invention can be applied to an image of any size and maintains the sharpness of the image, wherein the image will not become blurred due to the interpolation.
