    Abstract: A package structure including a first redistribution circuit structure, a semiconductor die, first antennas and second antennas is provided. The semiconductor die is located on and electrically connected to the first redistribution circuit structure. The first antennas and the second antennas are located over the first redistribution circuit structure and electrically connected to the semiconductor die through the first redistribution circuit structure. A first group of the first antennas are located at a first position, a first group of the second antennas are located at a second position, and the first position is different from the second position in a stacking direction of the first redistribution circuit structure and the semiconductor die.

    Abstract: A protection device for a rechargeable battery connected between a main current source and a large amperage power source, the protection device includes: a first protection loop which has: a main current load and a battery (set) connected to a main circuit; and a thermocouple sensing switch connected to the battery (set) and the main circuit; a second protection loop which has: a protection circuit connected to the main circuit and checking voltage of the battery to output an activation signal; and a heater next to the thermocouple sensing switch. When the battery is in over-charged or over-discharged condition, the protection circuit outputs a control signal to turn on the semiconductor switch and the thermocouple sensing switch related to the heater.

    Abstract: A motorized control for a derailleur for bicycles including a box accommodating a motor. The motor has a drive axle pivotally connected to a worm for actuating a transmission mechanism comprising a drive gear, a couple of driven gears engaging with the drive gear, and a control wheel. The bottom side of the control wheel is provided with two symmetrical posts round which a cable may be wound. Two microswitches are disposed at the outer periphery of the control wheel. When the posts of the control wheel touches the respective microswitches, the rotational angle of the control wheel may be controlled and the control wheel positioned. The box is mounted on the bicycle and electrical switches are installed at the handlebar. When the motor rotates in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, the cable may be controlled via the control wheel to become taut or relaxed to thereby control the speed of the bicycle.
