    Abstract: A method for manufacturing waterproof zipper is completed in following steps. Firstly, a release paper is provided, a release side of which is provided with the shape, such as glossy surface, matte surface, figures, patterns, trademarks and characters, required by client. Afterwards, a liquid hot melt glue is applied to the release side, and a heating procedure is performed on the liquid hot melt glue. Subsequently, a zipper is provided, and a hot rolling procedure is performed on the zipper, release paper and liquid hot melt glue, one side of a zipper tape without zipper teeth being bound to the liquid hot melt glue and release paper by hot rolling, the liquid hot melt glue being formed as a waterproof layer. Finally, the release paper is peeled off, so as to form the shape on a surface of waterproof layer contacted with the release side, and complete the waterproof zipper.

In the process of border-treatment, the graphic information of the background image is taken into consideration.     Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method and a system for processing composited images. The method is operated in a computer. A software-enabled user interface is provided for a user to create a composited image using a touch screen. In the beginning, in response to the user's manipulation, at least two images are retrieved from a database. A background image and a foreground image are selected from the images. The user interface allows the user using a gesture over the background image displayed on the touch screen for generating a series of touch signals covering a specific area. The touch signals render a mask image. The mask is applied to the foreground image. The mask image of the background image covers the foreground image so as to create a new foreground image. The composited image is created when the new foreground image is composited with the background image.

    Abstract: A color image patch for use with contact lens includes an attachment layer having one side for adsorbing to a surface of a contact lens, and an image layer connected to another side of the attachment layer and having an ornamental design provided thereon. Before wearing the contact lens, a wearer first selects a color image patch with favorite ornamental design and then attaches the attachment layer of the color image patch to the surface of the contact lens. The ornamental design on the image layer of the color image patch being adsorbed to the contact lens is located at a position corresponding to a wearer's iris and capable of changing the shape, size and color of the wearer's iris without influencing the vision correction function of the contact lens. Therefore, the color image patch gives the contact lens additional function and increased usefulness.

At least some of the video data is broken into slices, each of the slices representing a partition in a video frame within the video data. Each frame is encoded with one or more quality layers based on an outgoing rate and based on a number of central processing unit (CPU) cycles, wherein one or more quality layers of the frames are dropped in the encoding process. In more specific embodiments, the statistics relate to how many bits are used for encoding the quality layers of the video data and how much complexity is required for encoding the quality layers of the video data. After the statistics gathering, adjustments to a network rate are executed.
