The signal processor includes a power spectrum calculation module, a motion sensor, and a pulse integration module. The pulse integration module divides an optical pulse transmitted in a single beam period into n sections for integration, where real-time motion and attitude data collected by the motion sensor is added to each of the sections for integration to improve a signal-to-noise ratio by integrating a power spectral density for a plurality of periodic pulse signals. In the present disclosure, by means of integrating optical pulses in single-beam dwell time by sections and attitude superimposing, an attitude compensation frequency may be greatly increased, and the attitude compensation frequency is adjustable.

Expected speed data can be determined based on hypothetical speeds and hypothetical distances between the vehicle and the object. A speed profile that satisfies a threshold criteria can be determining based on the scenario exposure, the prediction data, and the expected speed data, over a distance. A motion plan to control the autonomous vehicle can be generated based on the speed profile.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a RamA transcription factor mutant for promoting the production of N-acetylglucosamine and use thereof. The mutant is obtained by mutating lysine at position 90 to asparagine and serine at position 92 to lysine in a parent having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The present invention provides a genetically engineered strain that overexpresses the RamA transcription factor mutant and increases the production of N-acetylglucosamine. By overexpressing the transcription factor RamA that is involved in the regulation of carbon metabolism, the extracellular accumulation of N-acetylglucosamine is increased, with a maximum concentration reaching 31.5 g/L, which lays a foundation for further metabolic engineering of Corynebacterium glutamicum to produce glucosamine. The method for constructing recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum of the invention is simple, and convenient in use, and thus has good application prospects.
