    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and discloses an encoding method and apparatus, to improve accuracy of reliability calculation and ordering for polarized channels. The method includes: obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, the first sequence is same as a second sequence or a subset of the second sequence, the second sequence comprises sequence numbers of Nmax polarized channels, and the second sequence is the sequence shown in Sequence Q11 or Table Q11, K is a positive integer, N is a positive integer power of 2, n is equal to or greater than 5, K?N, Nmax=1024; selecting sequence numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence; and performing polar code encoding on K the to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polarized channels.

The model library is coupled to the database, and is configured to obtain the annotated aerial data, train a crop classification model based on the annotated aerial data, and provide the trained crop classification model for subsequent crop identification. The annotated aerial data include determination of the type of the crop appearing in the sample aerial data.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for forming tungsten features in semiconductor devices is provided. The method includes exposing a top opening of a feature formed in a substrate to a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process to deposit a tungsten liner layer within the feature. The PVD process is performed in a first processing region of a first processing chamber and the tungsten liner layer forms an overhang portion, which partially obstructs the top opening of the feature. The substrate is transferred from the first processing region of the first processing chamber to a second processing region of a second processing chamber without breaking vacuum. The overhang portion is exposed to nitrogen-containing radicals in the second processing region to inhibit subsequent growth of tungsten along the overhang portion. The feature is exposed to a tungsten-containing precursor gas to form a tungsten fill layer over the tungsten liner layer within the feature.

    Abstract: A kirigami metamaterial with tunable auxetic property under large tensions and a design method for it. The kirigami metamaterial is composed of a plurality of square unit cells in orderly arrangement. The unit cells are arrayed in periodic, gradient and inhomogeneous layouts, corresponding to the kirigami metamaterials with homogeneous, gradient and inhomogeneous auxetic properties. The design method is as follows: Firstly, the heuristic design of the unit cell is obtained by using the structural optimization method for fully considering out-of-plane deformations. Secondly, the optimization result obtained from the above step is processed by geometric reconstruction and parametric modeling, and then the auxetic properties with different geometric parameters are obtained. Finally, the kirigami metamaterial is composed of a plurality of unit cells arrayed into a specific layout. The present invention can achieve a variety of tunable auxetic trends adjusted with the tensions by modifying the cut parameters.

The image is fed to an animal detection model to produce a group of probability maps for a group of key points and a group of affinity field maps for a group of key point sets. One or more connection graphs are determined based on the group of probability maps and the group of affinity field maps. Each connection graph outlines a presence of an animal in the image. One or more animals present in the region of interest are detected based on the one or more connection graphs.

The method and system may enlarge a timing window of a critical timing path by reducing the variation thereof, thereby achieving timing closure in the chip design pattern.
