The water outlet tube comprises a positioning and stopping portion and a mounting section with a position-limiting guide block. The position-limiting guide block comprises a water outlet opening communicating with the interior of the water outlet tube. The adjusting element comprises a pivot hole that allows the adjusting element to rotate about and along the mounting section. The pivot hole comprises a position-limiting space for accommodating the position-limiting guide block in a pivotable manner, in order for the position-limiting guide block to limit back-and-forth rotation of the adjusting element. The position-limiting space comprises a through hole and a water-blocking area.
