    Abstract: A driving method of a passive displayed panel and a display apparatus are provided. The passive display panel includes a plurality of pixels arranged into an array. The driving method includes following steps. Whether to display a first color frame or a second color frame on the passive display panel is determined according to a display frame. Whether to display a first color at each row or each column of the pixels of the passive display panel is determined according to the display frame. Whether to display a second color at each row or each column of the pixels of the passive display panel is determined according to the display frame. The first color or the second color is displayed column by column or row by row on the passive display panel at those portions of the display frame that do not display the first color or the second color.
