    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first stack structure, a second stack structure, and a third stack structure. Each of the stack structure includes semiconductor layers vertically spaced from one another. The first, second, and third stack structures all extend along a first lateral direction. The second stack structure is disposed between the first and third stack structures. The semiconductor device includes a first gate structure that extends along a second lateral direction and wraps around each of the semiconductor layers. The semiconductor layers of the first stack structure are coupled with respective source/drain structures. The semiconductor layers of the second stack structure are coupled with respective source/drain structures. The semiconductor layers of the third stack structure are coupled with a dielectric passivation layer.

A portion of the dummy fin material is removed to expose an upper surface of the first dummy gate and to form a dummy fin. The pusher includes a first end against the pawl and a second end against the elastic member. The elastic member is selectively compressed by the pusher. The elastic member includes at least one limiting portion of a first internal diameter against the second end of the pusher. The elastic member includes a plurality of compressible portions and the compressible portion adjacent to the at least one limiting portion is of a second internal diameter. The first internal diameter is less than the second internal diameter.

    Abstract: A synchronizing method is applied to processors each installed with a control program, a player program and a combination thereof, and display devices each electrically connected to one of the processors. The method includes: defining the control program of one of the processors as a primary control program; defining a system time of the primary control program as a standard time for the player programs; by the primary control program sending a first play command instructing each player program to start playing image data at a time position corresponding to the standard time; by the primary control program sending a state command to instruct each player program to return a first decoding position; and by the primary control program determining, according to the first decoding positions, whether the image data played by one of the player programs is synchronous to the image data played by another one.

The method includes retrieving the first object and the second object and tessellating the first object and second object into respective facets. The method includes creating a bounding volume tree of facets corresponding to each of the first object and the second object. The method includes performing a greedy process on the bounding volume to produce an initial MTV, and performing a successive clipping process according to the bounding volume trees and the initial MTV, to produce a final MTV. The method includes storing the final MTV in a computer readable medium. The greedy process can be a 2-step process as described.

The human-environment interactive system includes a ubiquitous computing system, at least one home-equipment, and the portable device. The portable device is suitable for two-way communicating with the portable device, and includes a RF transceiver, a browser, and a controller. When the portable device is taken into an environmental space, the controller actively receives a set of situational information from the ubiquitous computing system through the RF transceiver. The situational information includes a status information of at least one home-equipment, and a real time position information of the portable device. The controller displays this set of situational information in the browser for a user to perceive variations of the surrounding environment, so as to operate the at least one home-equipment through the browser.
