  • Publication number: 20060065122
Abstract: An inlet includes a bottom assembly and a top assembly. The bottom assembly includes at least one male unit, and the top assembly has at least one beveled surface and includes at least one female unit and a lateral driving unit. The top assembly is placed inside the bottom assembly by aligning the female unit of the top assembly with the male unit of the bottom assembly. The lateral driving unit laterally drives the top assembly and causes the beveled surface of the top assembly to rise against the male unit of the bottom assembly, allowing the top assembly to seal with the bottom assembly.

  • Patent number: 6928189
Abstract: A method and system for the extraction of linear features from digital imagery is described herein. The proposed methodology is based on the tridimensional Radon transformation and on the generation of a multi-layer database having separate layers containing different types of information to allow the reconstruction of an output image where the linear features of the input image are restored.

  • Patent number: 6357647
Abstract: A nail-driving gun includes a safety rod disposed movably on a front end of a barrel, and a trigger member disposed movably on a handle. Upon actuation of the safety rod and the trigger member, the barrel shoots a nail therefrom. When the safety rod is pressed against a wall prior to actuation of the trigger member, the gun can be operated in a single shot mode, in which the safety rod is prevented from returning to its original position due to a hook member that is attached to the trigger member. When the safety rod is pressed against the wall after actuation of the trigger member, the gun can be operated in a continuous shooting mode. The safety rod and the trigger member can be actuated by one hand that holds the handle.

  • Patent number: 6340257
Abstract: A clean detergent device includes a tube for connecting with a mophead and a tank containing the clean detergent attached to the tube. A first aperture is defined radially through the tube and communicates with the tank in which a piston is movably received. A second aperture is defined in communication with the tank and the tube. A connection member extends through the tank and a valve is received in the connection member. A hole is defined through the connection member and communicates with the tank. The valve controls the hole to allow detergent to flow into the tube via the second aperture.
