  • Publication number: 20130322203
Abstract: A starch glue kitchen includes a plurality of raw material barrels, a mixing barrel, a pump, a viscosity detector, and a computer. The raw material barrels include a starch barrel, a water barrel, a thickener barrel, a crosslink agent barrel, and a chemical additive barrel. The mixing barrel is used to uniformly mix the raw materials put therein. The bottom of the mixing barrel is provided with a delivery conduit. The other end of the delivery conduit extends into the mixing barrel. The pump is provided on the delivery conduit of the mixing barrel. The viscosity detector is provided on the delivery conduit between the bottom of the mixing barrel and the pump. The computer is configured to receive signals inputted from the viscosity detector and controllably adjust the amount of raw materials outputted from the respective raw material barrels and a mixing period of the mixing barrel.

  • Publication number: 20060289060
Abstract: A viscosity auto detector of a paste maker connected to a barrel of a paste maker; the viscosity auto detector comprises a flow detector; the flow detector being formed by a casing, a blade assembly and an encoder installed; an inlet being formed at one end of the casing; the inlet being connected to a bottom of the barrel of the paste maker through a conduit; another end of the casing being installed with an outlet; the outlet being connected to a tank for being stored therein temporarily. In the manufacturing process, when the glue flows through the casing, it will drive the blade assembly; the rotation of the blade assembly is encoded through the encoder into digital signals which is then transferred to a computer for counting; thereby the viscosity in the manufacturing process can be derived precisely; and thus the viscosity of the paste can be precisely controlled.

  • Patent number: 6200054
Abstract: An injection device for injecting a filling into a wall includes a filling housing having a nozzle, and a plunger slidably engaged in the housing for drawing and injecting the filling relative to the housing. One or more vacuuming housings are secured to the filling housing and each has a plunger for vacuuming the vacuuming housing. The vacuuming housing plunger may force the plunger of the filling housing to inject the filling into the cracks of the walls. The plungers may be secured to the respective housing and may be disengaged from the housing when required.
