    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing CAR T-cells enriched with stem cell-like memory T-cells (Tscm), comprised of: (1) providing PBMCs; (2) isolating of T cells from PBMCs using magnetic beads coated with T-cell specific antibodies; (3) positively selecting T cells by culturing them in the form of T cell-magnetic bead complexes; (4) adding CAR-expressing lentivirus to the activated human T cell-magnetic bead complexes, for transduction of human T cells into CAR-T cells on the human T cell-magnetic bead complexes to obtain human CAR-T cell-magnetic bead complexes; (5) obtaining human CAR-T cells by dissociating the human CAR-T cells from the human CAR-T cell-magnetic bead complexes; and (6) further culturing CAR-T cells to obtain CAR-T cells enriched with Tscm. The present invention expands T cells in a short period of time to obtain CAR-T cells enriched with Tscm, which is suitable for CAR-T immunotherapy.

    Abstract: A cooling system capable of reducing ambient temperature of a computer includes a cooling device, a cool connection part, a heat dissipation part and a base box. The cooling device provides a cool part and a hot part. The cool connection part connects with both the cool part and the hot part. The heat dissipation part connects with both the cool part and the hot part too. The base box receives the preceding parts. The cool part and the hot part create low temperature and high temperature respectively. The hot part is connected to the heat dissipation part so that heat from the hot part is guided outward the base box. Low temperature air moves toward interior of a computer casing due to the cool part connecting with cool connection part. Hence, ambient temperature of the microprocessor reduces abruptly for enhancing heat exchange rate.

    Abstract: An improved radiator includes a casing unit, a fan unit, a power component, a fin unit, a conductive plate and a heat guiding pipe. The casing unit provides a front shield and a rear cover. The fan unit is received in the front shield and provides a swirl blade and connecting members in a way of the swirl blade being disposed between the front shield and the rear cover. The power component is attached to the rear cover. The fin unit is received in the front shield and disposed beside the swirl blade and provides fin parts. The heat guiding pipe has a section attached to the conductive plate to pass through the fin unit corresponding to the vertical end of the conductive plate and secure to the front shield so as to connect with the fin parts and the heat guiding pipe. Hence, heat absorbed by the conductive plate can transmit to the fin unit and allow airflow moving horizontally under operation of the fan unit to enhance heat transfer efficiency.

    Abstract: A cooling fan assembly includes a base, a dial knob and a blade wheel. The base provides a shape of channel and having a hollow part with an annular rail. The dial knob is received in and joined to the hollow part and provides a plurality of projections at the circumferential wall thereof to fit with the annular rail with at least an air discharge hole at the circumferential wall thereof. The blade wheel is mounted in the base. The dial knob can be turned to adjust direction of discharged air flow. Hence, the discharged air can move toward other chip sets in addition to dissipating heat of the chip processor under the cooling fin such that a single radiating structure can cool both the chip processor and the other chip sets.

    Abstract: A light control structure for a cooling device comprises a hollow frame disposed with a fixing seat connected and fixed at the center of the frame through a plurality of groove strips, at least one lamp inlayed in at least one corner of the frame, a fan pivotally connected onto said fixing seat of the frame and a control circuit installed on the surface of the fixing seat for driving the fan to rotate. Whereby, wires connected with the lamps inlayed in the groove strips are allowed to connect respectively with a control circuit board disposed on the fixing seat by burying and fixing them in the groove strips. The exposition of the flexible wires of the cooling device on the surface of the frame can be prevented so as to allow the wires to be able to be commonly used in all kinds of sizes of frames.
