    Abstract: A program method, a read method, and a program apparatus of a NAND flash memory are disclosed. The program method and apparatus of the NAND flash memory provided by the present invention can reduce the programming time of each page and increase the programming speed of the entire NAND flash memory when the data to be programmed in a single operation is less than the storage capacity of all the data storage areas in the page. In addition, the read method of the NAND flash memory provided by the present invention can reduce the number of reading each page and accordingly the number of reading the entire NAND flash memory when the data to be read in a single operation is less than the storage capacity of all the data storage areas in the page.
