    Abstract: A device for suppressing high-voltage electricity is connected to a three-phase circuit of an electric generator, including three up arm semiconductor switches, three low arm semiconductor switches, three reverse breakdown diodes respectively connected to the low arm semiconductor switches in parallel, and a control circuit sending PWM signals to turn on and off the low arm semiconductor switches sequentially to evenly share and absorb the energy of surge voltage. Each of the up arm semiconductor switches has a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminals are electrically connected together, and the second terminals are respectively electrically connected to one of three coils of the three-phase circuit. Each of the low arm semiconductor switches has a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminals are respectively electrically connected to the second terminals of the up arm semiconductor switches, and the second terminals are electrically connected together.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-phase rectifier of an alternator having a plurality of phases, and each of the phases include at least a positive rectifying device and at least a negative rectifying device. The negative rectifying device includes a schottky diode and a diode with reverse breakdown effect in parallel connection. An anode of the schottky diode is connected to the input port and a cathode thereof is connected to a negative terminal of the output port. Therefore, the multi-phase rectifier of the present invention may have a low power loss and protective function in high voltage.

    Abstract: The torque control circuit of a hand tool contains a motor driving circuit, a current detection circuit, a reference voltage generation circuit, a current limiting circuit, and a torque configuration circuit. In the last stage of operation of the hand tool and when the average current has reached a predetermined level, the average current is maintained for a period of time to provide a constant average power and therefore to achieve an appropriate tightness of the bolt or nut being operated. The detection and control of current is achieved by a linear circuit which is robust to the heavy noises produced by the motor. A microprocessor is adopted to consider factors such as temperature in determining a suitable current level.
