    Abstract: Disclosed are a semiconductor device, a method of manufacturing the semiconductor device, and an electronic apparatus including the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device may include: a substrate; an active region extending vertically on the substrate, wherein the active region includes a first source/drain layer, a channel layer and a second source/drain layer that are sequentially stacked; a gate stack formed around at least part of an outer peripheral sidewall of the channel layer. A sidewall of the gate stack close to the channel layer is aligned with the outer peripheral sidewall of the channel layer, so as to occupy substantially a same range in a vertical direction, and a part of the gate stack close to the channel layer has a shape that gradually tapers as getting close to the channel layer.

    Abstract: An integrated energy storage system of new energy power transmission includes an integrated energy storage module. In the method, stabilizing power is calculated by means of empirical modal decomposition, so that the energy storage rated power requirement and the operational burden of the integrated energy storage system of new energy power transmission can be reduced in the operation of grid-connected power corresponding to the stabilizing power. An energy storage integrated control mode is used to control the integrated energy storage module to operate at an optimal depth of discharge, so that the cycle life of the integrated energy storage module is fully utilized, and the service life of the integrated energy storage module is prolonged, thereby solving the technical problems of low system operational efficiency and short service life of energy storage elements thereof in power fluctuation stabilizing processes of existing new energy power transmission systems.

The method including performing the first etch cycle on the masked substrate using a first etching chemistry for a first sub-period. The first etch cycle is continually rotated between a first state configured for passivation, a second state, and third state configured for etching the masked substrate. During the second state of the first etch cycle, a first tuning step is performed by tuning the first etching chemistry, a high frequency RF power and a low frequency RF power to provide extended passivation to the feature in the masked substrate. The method including performing the second etch cycle on the masked substrate using a second etching chemistry for a second sub-period.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, an efficient approach for performing simulation analyses, such as Monte Carlo simulations, on dynamic systems using a network-based processing system. The method may involve training an artificial intelligence (AI) model to modify data samples associated with a dynamic system. The AI model can utilize classification techniques to determine how to reduce and optimize the data samples. Upon receiving a request from a client device, the processing system can analyze network conditions, including bandwidth and latency, to determine operational parameters for the simulation. A modified set of data samples, reduced based on the operational parameters, can be retrieved from a database server. The processing system can restore the reduced set to a full data set through mathematical transformations, including interpolation, and uses the reconstructed data for the simulation analysis.
