  • Patent number: 8371339
Abstract: A fabric structure includes a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer, a plurality of conductive yarns, and a plurality of connecting yarns. A yarn coverage ratio of the first fabric layer ranges from about 90% to about 100%. A yarn coverage ratio of the second fabric layer ranges from about 90% to about 100%. The conductive yarns are distributed between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer. The connecting yarns interlace the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer, so that the conductive yarns are sandwiched between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer. The conductive yarns and the connecting yarns are not interlaced.

  • Publication number: 20120307055
Abstract: An image surveillance system, an image capturing apparatus, and a multimedia apparatus are provided. The image surveillance system includes an image capturing module, a first digital modulating module, a second digital modulating module, and a multimedia module. The image capturing module produces an image signal. The first digital modulating module includes a first digital modulator and a first analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog (AD/DA) converter to receive the image signal and modulate the same into a digital stream. The second digital modulating module includes a second digital modulator and a second AD/DA converter and is connected to the first AD/DA converter through a coaxial cable. The second digital modulator receives the digital stream and modulates the digital stream into image data. The multimedia module is electrically connected to the second digital modulating module and receives the image data.

  • Publication number: 20110068098
Abstract: Disclosed herein are electric heating yarns, methods for manufacturing the same and electric heating textile having the electric heating yarns. In one example, the electric heating yarn includes an electro-conductive yarn core and a first protective envelope. The first protective envelope is directly wound or braided around and completely covering the peripheral of the electro-conductive yarn core such that the electric heating yarn is operable to withstand a temperature of at least about 200° C. The first protective envelope is made of at least one heat-resistant yarn or electro-insulating sheet to provide water-proof ability and/or electrical insulating protection to the electro-conductive yarn core.

  • Publication number: 20100154918
Abstract: An integrally-woven three-layer heating textile is provided. The integrally-woven three-layer heating textile includes a heat-isolated fabric layer, a thermal function fabric layer, a plurality of conductive yams and a plurality of connecting yarns. The conductive yarn is distributed between the heat-isolated fabric layer and the thermal function fabric layer. The connecting yam interlaces the heat-isolated fabric layer and the thermal function fabric layer so that the conductive yam is sandwiched between the heat-isolated fabric layer and the thermal function fabric layer.

  • Publication number: 20090160104
Abstract: A manufacturing method of ceramic fibers is provided. First, a ceramic powder and a solution are mixed into a mixed slurry. The mixed slurry is then spun in water to form a plurality of blank fibers. Next, the blank fibers are sintered to form a plurality of ceramic fibers. In the prior art, ceramic fibers are manufactured by using organic metal salts and toxic solvents as raw materials, which complicates the process and always cause environmental pollution. The manufacturing method of ceramic fibers of the present invention utilizes a ceramic material and a non-toxic solution as the raw materials. The method of the present invention is simple, cost saving, and has no pollution, and is applicable to manufacturing piezoelectric ceramic fibers or other ceramic fibers.
