    Abstract: A composite fiber sponge containing sulforaphane is produced by the step of subjecting a composite liquid to a molding treatment and a crosslinking treatment. The composite liquid contains a composite fiber including an extract of a Brassicaceae plant, a polysaccharide, and a carboxymethyl cellulose fiber. The extract of the Brassicaceae plant contains the sulforaphane. A composite fiber material containing sulforaphane is also disclosed.

The upper half of the at least one gasification reactor is provided with a syngas collecting pipe which can be connected with a gas collecting pump, and the lower half is provided with a liquid petroleum output pipe and an ash residue outlet, in which the ash residue outlet can be provided with a spiral pipe to draw the ash residue out. The petroleum sludge and other wastes in a dense fluid state are transported from a raw material tank to the at least one gasification reactor end which is bent upward through at least one pipe body, and the feeding mode of pyrolysis gasification of the raw material from below to upper of the gasification reactor is adopted.

The compounds are represented by Formula (I): MPF4[—O(C?O)—(CX?X?)—(C?O)O—]; wherein M is Li or Na; each X? and X? independently is selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, fluoro-substituted alkyl, and F; or wherein the X? and X? together are —CR2—(CR?2)m—CR?2—; each R, R? and R? independently is selected from the group consisting of H methyl, trifluoromethyl, and F; and in is 0 or 1. These compounds can be prepared in high purity and a high yield by reaction of a metal hexafluorophosphate with a bis-silyl malonate compound. A similar oxalato compound, lithium tetrafluoro(oxalato)phosphate), can be made in the same manner, but using a bis-silyl oxalate in place of the bis-silyl malonate. Advantageously, the compounds can be formed, in situ, in a LiPF6-containing electrolyte solution.

The installation of the upper lid includes placing an inlet manifold on a water box; inserting a jig into a lower gas channel in the water box and inserting into an upper gas channel in the inlet manifold; fastening the water box to the inlet manifold; and removing the jig after the water box engaging with the inlet manifold. The method also includes connecting a shower head on a lower side of the water box; and connecting the upper lid to a housing. The method further includes placing a semiconductor wafer into the housing. In addition, the method includes supplying a process gas over the semiconductor wafer through the upper gas channel, the lower gas channel and the shower head.
