Abstract: A carbon brush holder includes an insulated housing having a through hole with a first section, a second section and a stepped portion between the first and second sections. A carbon brush-holding member is inserted into the first section of the insulated housing and has a first end face, a second end face opposite to the first end face, and an insertion portion adjoined with the second end face. The insertion portion of the carbon brush-holding member extends into the second section of the insulated housing, thereby enabling the second end face of the carbon brush-holding member to be located in the second section of the insulated housing. Thus, the second end face of the carbon brush-holding member can firmly contact a conductive member that is disposed inside the second section of the insulated housing and electrically connected with a carbon brush inserted into the carbon brush-holding member.

Abstract: A tool cabinet has a housing and a hanging device. The housing has a work surface, at least one drawer and at least one opening. The at least one drawer is defined in the housing. The hanging device has at least one hanger mounted inside the at least one opening. The at least one hanger has two telescopic stands, a hanging plate and a locking device. The telescopic stands are mounted in the at least one opening and face each other. The hanging plate is mounted between the telescopic stands and extends as the telescopic stands extend. The locking device mounted on the telescopic tubes to hold the inner tube in position. When the tool cabinet is used, the hanging device can be extended out to hang and store tools. The tools can be organized and the work surface will not in be cluttered.

Abstract: A collector ring unit includes a base, and a plurality of insulated spacer rings sleeved onto the base respectively and each having a ring body, a plurality of through holes through the ring body, and a notch formed on the ring body. A plurality of conductive slip rings are respectively sleeved onto the ring bodies of the insulated spacer rings and each have a socket. A plurality of conductive trips each have one end inserted into the socket of one conductive slip ring and received in the notch of one insulated spacer ring, and the other end passing through the through holes of the other insulated spacer rings and protruded out of the outermost insulated spacer ring. By means of addition or reduction of the numbers of the spacer rings, slip rings and conductive strips, the dimension of the collector ring unit of the invention can be changed.

Abstract: A dual-drive bicycle has a front wheel provided with a transmission device including: an active sprocket at a top end or another portion of a steering post; a transmission sprocket on one side of an axle of the front wheel; and a chain connecting the active sprocket and the transmission sprocket for power transmission. When mounted at the top end of the steering post, the active sprocket has both ends of its axle extended and equipped with driving handlebars for steering the bicycle and driving the front wheel. When mounted at another portion of the steering post, the active sprocket has one end of its axle extended and equipped with a driving handlebar for driving the front wheel. Thus, in addition to a conventional rear-wheel driving structure, the bicycle has a front-wheel driving device allowing the bicycle to be selectively driven by the rear wheel, the front wheel or both.

Abstract: A system and method for rehome sequencing optimization of a telecommunications network. In a preferred embodiment, a practicable optimized rehome sequencing plan is determined for a rehome plan in order to migrate the network topology from an initial state to a final state while minimizing the costs incurred during the network state transitions across multiple time periods. Constraints that may be considered include specific market restrictions such as the limit on the number of network elements in a cluster, the limit on the number of clusters in a sequencing step, the limit on the number of sequencing steps, and the immobility limit on the network elements. Constraints also may include cost restrictions incurred during network transitions, such as individual cost limits during each network transition state and an overall cost limit of network transitions from the initial state to the final state.

Abstract: A display device (4) for a telescope system is disposed between a first image plane (10) and a second image plane (20) of the telescope system. The display device includes a signal emitter (41), a converging lens group (42) positioned adjacent to the signal emitter, and a dioptric imaging lens group (43) positioned adjacent to the converging lens group. The optical signal emitted by the signal emitter is first transmitted through the converging lens group, then incident onto the dioptric imaging lens group, and finally imaged onto the second image after reflection of the dioptric imaging lens group. Therefore, both the image size and brightness of the displayed signal viewed by the observer can maintain unchanged in spite of the magnification variation of the telescope system.

Abstract: A cabinet safety device has a fixing base neighboring a side of the cabinet, a slide base mounted on the fixing base, lock members provided that can hook on both the slide base and the fixing base, and a fastening member provided between a bottom of the slide base and a bottom of the cabinet. When one of the drawers is pulled out, the slide base will go down to let the lock member escape from the slide base, and the slide base then goes up to prevent other drawers from sliding out, thus only one drawer can be pulled out at one time, which avoids potential danger when the center of gravity of the tool cabinet is shifted due to too many drawers being slid out at one time.

Abstract: A projection display system comprises an illumination device, a prism assembly, a projection lens and a reflective light valve. The prism assembly has a first light incident surface, a first light emitting surface and a second light emitting surface. The first light emitting surface is an optical curved surface. An illumination beam is incident on the light valve after it enters the prism assembly from the first light incident surface. A modulated beam is generated after it is processed through the light valve. Finally, the modulated beam is projected into the projection lens through the prism assembly. Because a surface of the prism assembly is set to be an optical curved surface to replace a lens in the projection lens or the illumination device, a back focal length of the system is shortened and the projection lens or the illumination device is simplified.

Abstract: A method and reactant gas bypass system for carrying out a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process with improved gas flow stability to avoid unionized reactant precursors and thickness non-uniformities the method including providing a semiconductor process wafer having a process surface within a plasma reactor chamber for carrying out at least one plasma process; supplying at least one reactant gas flow at a selected flow rate to bypass the plasma reactor chamber for a period of time to achieve a pre-determined flow rate stability; and, redirecting the at least one reactant gas flow into the plasma reactor chamber to carry out the at least one plasma process.
