According to the selected storing mode, the controlling unit of the main body determines whether the data is stored in the first data storage unit or the second data storage unit. By the detachable storage module, the electrical device is more user-friendly.

During the operation of a high power consumption storage component, an object file or at least one file segment of the object file is copied from the high power consumption storage component to a low power consumption storage component. When an active device requests the object file from the hard disk device, the object file is transmitted from the low power consumption storage component to the active device. Consequently, the total run time of the high power consumption storage component is reduced.

A password corresponding to the face image is also generated by a service system. During an account authenticating method, an image pickup device is used to shoot a face of a login person on the spot. If the service system judges that the shot face image of the login person on the spot complies with a predetermined face image corresponding to an existing account, the login person is allowed to login into the service system and the password is displayed. In a case that the image pickup device is provided, the service system may be authenticated by inputting the password. The method of the present can simplify the process of creating and authenticating the account.

    Abstract: A method of capturing an image of a document is provided. First, a notebook computer having a base is provided, wherein an image pickup device is disposed on the notebook computer, and a symbol mark is formed on the base of the notebook computer. Next, a document fixer having a fixer middle mark is provided. The document is fixed by the document fixer, wherein a centerline of a long edge of the document is aligned with the fixer middle mark. Next, the document fixer is moved according to a size of the document until the fixer middle mark is aligned with the symbol mark. After the image of the document is captured, an image processing procedure is performed. By aligning the fixer middle mark with the symbol mark of the notebook computer, the document is precisely positioned and thus a sharp image with no tilted distortion is acquired.
