A method for transmitting a downlink signal comprises detecting a beam failure recovery request message, determining at least one of whether there is a candidate downlink transmission beam(s) or candidate downlink transmission beam information in the UE; and transmitting a feedback message corresponding to the beam failure recovery request message.
