  • Patent number: 11936418
Abstract: A radar signal processing system with a self-interference cancelling function includes an analog front end (AFE) processor, an analog to digital converter (ADC), an adaptive interference canceller (AIC), and a digital to analog converter (DAC). The AFE processor receives an original input signal and generates an analog input signal. The ADC converts the analog input signal to a digital input signal. The AIC generates a digital interference signal digital interference signal by performing an adaptive interference cancellation process according to the digital input signal. The DAC converts the digital interference signal to an analog interference signal. Finally, the analog interference signal is fed back to the AFE and cancelled from the original input signal in the AFE processor while performing the front end process, reducing the interference of the static interference from the leaking of a close-by transmitter during the front end process.

  • Publication number: 20240074127
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an electronic package, first grooves are formed on a circuit structure and a second groove is formed in each of the first grooves to allow the circuit structure to become circuit layers. Owing to the second groove is narrower than the first groove, each of the circuit layers has an encircled surface and a notch located on the encircled surface. When a shielding layer is provided to cover an encapsulating body located on the circuit layer, a space of the notch is not covered by the shielding layer such that a portion to be removed of the shielding layer will not remain on the electronic package to become burr after removing the portion to be removed.

  • Patent number: 5218372
Abstract: A new wide-frequency-band spherical antenna structure which comprises a spherical antenna, an insulating sleeve, an impedance-matching element, a fixed disc, a center-needle seat, and a socket member with a high-frequency connector; the impedance-matching element (inductance coil) is to be fitted in the spherical antenna and the socket member; the impedance-matching element and the socket member of the high-frequency connector form an impedance-matching network to provide a nominal capacitance; the structure not only can facilitate the assembling procedures thereof, but also can omit the test and adjustment procedures as required by the conventional antenna; moreover, such an antenna has a small size without affecting the excellent reception efficiency.
