    Abstract: A circuit board structure includes a circuit substrate having opposing first and second sides, a redistribution structure disposed at the first side, and a dielectric structure disposed at the second side. The circuit substrate includes a first circuit layer disposed at the first side and a second circuit layer disposed at the second side. The redistribution structure is electrically coupled to the circuit substrate and includes a first leveling dielectric layer covering the first circuit layer, a first thin-film dielectric layer disposed on the first leveling dielectric layer and having a material different from the first leveling dielectric layer, and a first redistributive layer disposed on the first thin-film dielectric layer and penetrating through the first thin-film dielectric layer and the first leveling dielectric layer to be in contact with the first circuit layer. The dielectric structure includes a second leveling dielectric layer disposed below the second circuit layer.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an electronic package, first grooves are formed on a circuit structure and a second groove is formed in each of the first grooves to allow the circuit structure to become circuit layers. Owing to the second groove is narrower than the first groove, each of the circuit layers has an encircled surface and a notch located on the encircled surface. When a shielding layer is provided to cover an encapsulating body located on the circuit layer, a space of the notch is not covered by the shielding layer such that a portion to be removed of the shielding layer will not remain on the electronic package to become burr after removing the portion to be removed.

    Abstract: A foldable electronic device with an antenna including a first body, a second body, a pivotal mechanism, an antenna and a driving element is provided. The first body has a holding recess on one side thereof. The second body is located on the other side of the first body. The pivotal mechanism is used to pivotally connect the first body to the second body. Two sides of the driving element are connected to the pivotal mechanism and the antenna, respectively. When the first body is opened relatively to the second body, the pivotal mechanism drives the driving element to generate a first linear displacement. The first linear displacement drives the antenna to have a second rotation displacement to allow the antenna to extend out of the receiving groove.

    Abstract: An electric-shock and smoke-emission cash box includes a case body, a controller, an anti-detachment security device, an alarm device, an electric-shock device, an electric-shock circuit, a smoke-emission device, a satellite positioning device, a radio signal transmission device, and a battery module. The anti-detachment security device is disposed in the case body, and emits a detached state signal to the controller by determining whether the case body is robbed. After receiving the detached state signal, the controller activates the alarm device, the electric-shock device, the electric-shock circuit, and the smoke-emission device, so as to provide multiple anti-robbery and alarm measures. Meanwhile, the satellite positioning device generates a satellite positioning coordinate in real time.
