  • Publication number: 20230269303
Abstract: A method for determining availability of a user for interaction with a digital assistant comprises: determining if the user is present in a predetermined proximity to an input/output (I/O) device; collecting, at least real-time data about the user and historical user-agent interaction data for the user when the user is present; determining, a current user availability score based on at least the collected real-time data and the historical user-agent interaction data to derive an optimal time for interaction initiation by the digital assistant; and executing a plan selected from amongst a plurality of plans, the selected plan having a user availability score best matching the current user availability score, wherein each of the plurality of plans is designed to be executed by the digital assistant via the I/O device.

  • Publication number: 20230237059
Abstract: A method for interacting by a digital assistant with a user of the digital assistant, comprising: determining by the digital assistant an action to be executed by the digital assistant, wherein the action is determined based on at least a sensed current state of the user and a sensed current state of an environment near the user; selecting an engagement method from a plurality of engagement methods based on the current state of the user, the current state of an environment near the user, and the selected action; generating a customized plan for executing the selected action based on at least the selected engagement method; and executing the generated plan by employing an input/output (I/O) device on which the digital assistant is executing.

  • Publication number: 20220351822
Abstract: Techniques for executing transient care plans are provided. A transient care plan to be executed via the I/O device is created based on analysis of an initial care plan of a user and a user dataset captured by an I/O device. The initial care plan is a health regimen uniquely determined for the user indicating medical instructions defined with respect to a first frequency. The transient care plan defines a second frequency at which instructions to perform the user activity are to be projected via the I/O device. The transient care plan is executed by projecting the instructions based on the second frequency. The transient care plan is modified based on a change in status of the user to define a third frequency. The modified transient care plan is executed by projecting the instructions to perform the user activity via the I/O device based on the third frequency.

  • Publication number: 20220343231
Abstract: Techniques for executing plans for a user via an input/output (I/O) device is presented. The method includes determining plurality of transient plans based on user data captured by the I/O device and status report for at least one goal, wherein each of the plurality of transient plans is a customized plan for the user respect to the at least one goal; generating a plurality of customized schedules for the plurality of transient plans based on the user data and a policy for the user, wherein the policy includes a plurality of scheduling rules for determining the customized schedules and a plurality of rules for executing portions of the plurality of transient plans; and projecting at least one first plan of the plurality of transient plans via the I/O device based on the plurality of customized schedules and the plurality of rules for executing portions of the at least one plan.

  • Publication number: 20220230753
Abstract: A system and method for executing transient care plans for a user via an input/output device is provided. The method includes determining at least one transient care plan based on a care plan of a user from a medical entity, a set of predefined health-related guidelines, and at least one user dataset captured by an input/output (I/O) device, wherein a transient care plan is a customized care plan for the user; creating, based on the at least one transient care plan and the at least one user dataset, an estimated schedule, wherein the estimated schedule includes a plurality of rules for executing a portion of the at least one transient care plan; and projecting at least one first plan via the I/O device, wherein the at least one first plan is identified from the at least one transient care plan based on the estimated schedule.

  • Publication number: 20220108775
Abstract: A method for updating electronic records of a user including: creating a policy based on historic states of a user and feedback data captured by an input/output (I/O) device in response to projection of a plurality of health-related questions, wherein the policy includes a plurality of rules for determining customized questions for the user and a plurality of rules for determining plans for projecting customized questions to the user; determining at least one customized question for the user based on the policy and a health-related data of the user; determining a plan for projecting the at least one customized question to the user based on the policy and a current state of the user; projecting the at least one customized question via the I/O device; and updating an electronic record based on a response by the user to the at least one customized question captured via the I/O device.
