  • Patent number: 9661938
Abstract: A foldable frame assembly for a playpen includes a collapsible bottom frame which has a central support mount, a plurality of linking elements, a plurality of first linking rods and a plurality of second linking rods. The linking elements are pivoted between the central support mount and the lower end of the plurality of pillars respectively. Each of the linking elements is provided with a sliding part for moving along the linking elements. When the central support mount was lifted upward, the second linking rods are associated with the first linking rods through the sliding parts thereby incurring an inward torque to prevent the pillars from deflecting outward. By such of the inward torque, users can save their troublesome of stretching hands to hold and keep the pillars uprightly while converting the playpen into its folded configuration.

  • Patent number: 9517786
Abstract: A stroller frame with a hidable release actuator includes a foldable frame, a locking mechanism, a release mechanism and a baby carrier. The locking mechanism is mounted on the foldable frame for locking the foldable frame in the erected configuration. The release mechanism has a release actuator operatively mounted on the foldable frame for unlocking the locking mechanism by rotation in either a forward direction or a rearward direction. The baby carrier has a deployed position to support a baby occupant thereon and can hide the release actuator thereunder. The baby carrier can be converted into a folded position to permit the access to the release actuator. By this arrangement, to prevent the caregiver from accessing the release actuator, so as to avoid accidentally folding of the foldable frame before the baby occupant being held up from the baby carrier.

  • Patent number: 8915516
Abstract: A convertible tandem stroller frame is capable of locking in a tandem stroller mode for installing a second seat thereby concurrently transporting two occupants, and capable of converting said mode into a single seat mode for transporting single occupant by simply manipulating a release actuator at a front portion of the convertible tandem stroller frame. The convertible tandem stroller frame may include a front rack, a rear rack, at least a longitudinal telescopic mechanism and at least a locking mechanism. The front rack and the rear rack are lockably and adjustably connected by the longitudinal telescopic mechanism, so as to be extended into the tandem stroller mode and be retracted into the single seat mode. The locking mechanism is associated with the release actuator for locking and un-locking the longitudinal telescopic mechanism by manipulating in front of the convertible tandem stroller frame.

  • Publication number: 20140366276
Abstract: A baby bouncer with a width variable frame is configured to have an erected configuration for use as a regular baby bouncer, and a folded configuration for reducing the width of the baby bouncer when being not in use. The frame of the baby bouncer includes at least a base frame, a pair of bouncing support rods and a baby carrier frame. The base frame and the bouncing support rods are associated by two gear elements. By meshing the first gear element and the second gear element, the bouncing support rods and the bouncing support rods are capable of simultaneously rotating in an opposite direction either in erecting or folding of the baby bouncer. When need to fold the frame of baby bouncer into the folded configuration, care-giver may unlock two lockable joints of the baby carrier frame and fold to associating the bouncing support rods and the base frame.

  • Publication number: 20110181026
Abstract: A joint assembly with safety locking mechanisms for baby stroller, the baby stroller frame may have at least a front strut, a rear strut and an upper bar; and the joint assembly includes a lower joint member, an upper joint member, a first locking mechanism, a second locking mechanism and a release mechanism. The lower joint member is pivotally connected with the upper end of the front strut and pivots with the rear strut through a pivot mount atop the rear strut. The upper joint member pivots with the lower joint member and connects with the lower end of the upper bar. The first locking mechanism is adapted to releasably lock the lower joint member to the upper joint member thereby to inhibit the potential relative rotation between the lower joint member and the upper joint member. The second locking mechanism is adapted to releasably lock the rear strut to the joint assembly thereby to inhibit the potential relative rotation between the rear strut and the joint assembly.
