    Abstract: A method for fabricating an electrochromic device includes: depositing a first transparent film on a first substrate; depositing a first mesh structure on the first transparent film; depositing a second transparent film on the first mesh structure; depositing an electrochromic layer of WO3 or MoO3 on the second transparent film by an arc-plasma process to form a first electrode structure; depositing a third transparent film on a second substrate; depositing a second mesh structure on the third transparent film; depositing a fourth transparent film on the second mesh structure; forming an ion storage layer of PB on the fourth transparent film to produce a second electrode structure; binding the first and second electrode structures by having the electrochromic layer to face the ion storage layer; and, forming an electrolyte layer between the first and second electrode structures to produce the electrochromic device. In addition, an electrochromic device is also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating an electrochromic device, which adopts the vacuum cathodic arc-plasma deposition to comprise five layers with an ionic conduction layer (electrolyte) in contact with an electrochromic (EC) layer and an ion storage (complementary) layer, all sandwiched between two transparent conducting layers sequentially on a substrate. The method owns superior deposition efficiency and the fabricated thin film structures have higher crystalline homogeneity. In addition, thanks to the nanometer pores in the thin film structures, the electric capacity as well as the ion mobility are greater. Consequently, the reaction efficiency for bleaching or coloring is enhanced.

    Abstract: A fastening device for holding a golf implement set is described. The fastening device includes a fastening stand having a clip attached to one side thereof for attachment to a person's belt. A plurality of embedded channels is attached to the other side of the fastening stand. The embedded channels are formed by ribbed strips and are adapted to hold ball location markers, mending tools, a brush, etc. A plurality of openings are provided along a top surface of the fastening stand. The openings are sized to permit insertion of different sized golf tees into the fastening stand. In addition, the openings include resilient clip members for resiliently holding the golf tees. The fastening device firmly holds the golf implement set in place so that they do not drop when a golfer is using the fastening device while playing golf.

    Abstract: A golf club rack for securing individual golf clubs in a golf bag comprising a rack portion and a mounting unit which adjustably secures the rack portion to the golf bag. The rack portion includes three club holding sections. Each of the club holding sections can have a different height with respect to one another. Each of the club holding sections has a plurality of insertion slots for receiving the golf clubs. Each of the insertion slots has a notch including a spring strip attached to a lateral side thereof and a clamp positioned opposite the notch. Each notch receives a head of a golf club with the spring strip holding the head of the golf club in the notch and the clamp clampingly receives the neck of the shaft of the golf club to secure the golf club with respect to the rack portion. The mounting unit has coupling members that are mountable on partition boards and the top cuff of the golf bag.

    Abstract: An integrally molded head sheath for golf club made of soft and elastic material comprises a head-collaring portion in shape of a club head and a sleeve-collaring portion in shape of a long pipe with a downward opening. An elastomer is disposed near the opening end of the sleeve-collaring portion, and an insertion space is formed therein and having an inner diameter coincident with a neck sleeve of a club head. A relatively smaller entrance and two outward expanded guide strips are provided at the sleeve-collaring portion. The two guide strips of the elastomer are extended from the bottom end of the sleeve-collaring portion to a location near the lower end of the head-collaring portion to form an outward collaring mouth. A plurality of protrusion dots are disposed at the inner edge of the head-collaring portion to enable the sheath to collar onto the club head easily for protection.

    Abstract: A partitioning bracket assembly for a conventional golf club bag having partitioning plates. A bracket unit is provided with a plurality of openings for separately receiving golf clubs. Each golf club may be first fixed in position by a fixing tab and then pressed by a retainer. The assembly prevents the clubs from colliding and interfering with each other, and individual clubs may be readily inserted in the bag and thereafter easily recognized, selected and withdrawn from the bag.
