  • Patent number: 11967613
Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a substrate, and an active device and a passive device over the substrate. The active device is disposed in a first region of the substrate, and the passive device is disposed in a second region of the substrate. The semiconductor structure further includes a shielding structure and a passivation layer. The shielding structure includes a barrier layer and a ceiling layer. The barrier layer is on the passive device and the active device, and the ceiling layer is on the barrier layer. The passivation layer is under the barrier layer and covers a top surface of the passive device. An air cavity is defined by sidewalls of the barrier layer, a bottom surface of the ceiling layer, and the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20210180952
Abstract: A microelectromechanical gyroscope system is provided. The system includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third substrate. The substrates respectively have a first fixing, a second fixing, and a third fixing surfaces. The system further includes a first sensing, a second sensing and a third sensing module boards respectively fixed to the fixing surfaces. Each sensing module board has several microelectromechanical gyroscopes. A signal processing control board is electrically connected to the first sensing module board, the second sensing module board, and the third sensing module board. Wherein the first substrate, the second substrate, and the third substrate are perpendicular to each other. With the above structure, on each system coordinate axis of the microelectromechanical gyroscope system, at least one gyroscope is aligned with it for data acquisition and measurement. Accordingly, the measurement accuracy of the system is improved.

  • Publication number: 20140267696
Abstract: A glitch-free data fusion method for combining multiple attitude solutions is disclosed, wherein a star camera is set as the master star camera. After acquiring attitude solutions from the star cameras, a rotation difference is calculated between a master attitude solution acquired from the master star camera and a slave attitude solution acquired from other star cameras. Then, a steady difference is acquired from the rotation difference via a low pass filter for correcting the slave attitude solution. When combining the corrected slave attitude solutions with the master attitude solution, the attitude glitches or attitude jumps, which occur while transitioning between data fusion configurations with different number of available attitude solutions, can be eliminated.

  • Publication number: 20080217633
Abstract: Disclosed is a new LED structure comprising a substrate, and a light emitting die entrained on the substrate. The substrate is made of the lower temperature co-fired ceramic or high temperature co-fired ceramic. The substrate is provided with a printed circuit which can be electrically in connection with an electric circuit board when it entrains the light emitting die. On the surface of the substrate where the light emitting die is to be set, is formed of a flared annular groove which has a light reflection pallet affixed to its lower surface. The surface of the light reflection pallet is coated with the silver glue, fluorescent powder, or other metallic substances. Under the annular groove and above the substrate is interposed an insulation bottom plate to entrain the light emitting die on and the die is connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the substrate with conductors. A number of pores are formed in the substrate and filled with heat dissipation substances.
