    Abstract: A method for testing an optical link based on optical frequency domain reflectometry includes: measuring, by a frequency domain reflectometer, a return optical signal in an optical link in an initial state, to obtain a first signal; measuring, by the frequency domain reflectometer, a return optical signal in the optical link in a changed state, to obtain a second signal; performing a fast Fourier transform on the first signal and the second signal, respectively, to obtain a frequency domain signal of the first signal and a frequency domain signal of the second signal, whereby obtaining a relationship curve between a distance and a frequency shift; extracting and converting same frequency band from two frequency domain signals by using a sliding window into time domain signals, and performing a cross-correlation calculation on two set of time domain signals to obtain a Rayleigh scattering frequency shift.

    Abstract: A distillation system extracts knowledge from a large pre-trained sequence-to-sequence neural transformer model into a smaller bi-encoder. The pre-trained sequence-to-sequence neural transformer model is trained to translate data from a first domain into a second domain on a large corpus. A teacher model is generated from the pre-trained model by fine-tuning the pre-trained neural transformer model on a smaller translation task with true translation pairs. The fine-tuned model is then used to generate augmented data values which are used with the true translation pairs to train the bi-encoder. The bi-encoder is used for perform cross-domain searches.

    Abstract: A method for improving magnetic properties of a Ce—Y-rich rare earth permanent magnet is provided, and the Ce—Y-rich rare earth permanent magnet is subjected to pressurized heat treatment to improve magnetic properties. The method includes: preparing a pristine magnet through a sintering process; and placing the pristine magnet into a pressurized heat treatment device and performing pressurized heat treatment under the protection of an argon atmosphere. By regulating parameters such as pressure, temperature and holding time in the heat treatment process, element diffusion in the Ce—Y-rich permanent magnet is promoted, and coercivity, remanence, magnetic energy product and temperature stability of the Ce—Y-rich permanent magnet are improved. The method has advantages of a simple process with low energy consumption, a substitution amount of rare earths Ce—Y up to 90 wt % while having excellent magnetic performance, so that a way for efficient utilization of high-abundance rare earths Ce and Y is provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for optimizing parameters of a ladder-type carbon trading mechanism based on an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm. The method first obtains information and operating data of a park-level integrated energy system, establishes equipment models and constraints of the park-level integrated energy system, and establishes a ladder-type carbon trading model; then encapsulates a process of optimized low-carbon dispatching of the park-level integrated energy system as a fitness function whose input is parameters of a carbon trading mechanism and output is a carbon emission of the system; and finally, introduces an IPSO algorithm to optimize the fitness function, and outputs optimization result information of the algorithm. The present disclosure verifies effectiveness and rationality of the model and the method that give full play to a role of the ladder-type carbon trading mechanism in the park-level integrated energy system through example analysis.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a misch-metal permanent magnetic material based on sintering and multi-step diffusion is provided. A sintered substrate magnet is prepared by induction melting, strip casting, hydrogen decrepitation, jet milling, magnetic alignment, isostatic pressing and sintering. A first diffusion source and a second diffusion source are prepared, where the first diffusion source is a light rare-earth metal or its alloy, and the second diffusion source is a light-heavy rare-earth combination or its alloy. The sintered substrate magnet is sequentially subjected to a first vacuum diffusion with the first diffusion source and a second vacuum diffusion with the second diffusion source.
