    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a UE may measure a first reference signal, associated with a frequency band of a long term evolution (LTE) system, and a second reference signal associated with a frequency band of a new radio (NR) system. The frequency band of the NR system may overlap the frequency band of the LTE system. The UE may determine first channel state feedback, associated with the frequency band of the LTE system, and second channel state feedback, associated with the frequency band of the NR system, based at least in part on the first reference signal and the second reference signal, respectively. The UE may report the first channel state feedback or the second channel state feedback in uplink control information (UCI). Other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: For generating 3D audio content from a two-channel stereo signal, the stereo signal (x(t)) is partitioned into overlapping sample blocks and is transformed into time-frequency domain. From the stereo signal directional and ambient signal components are separated, wherein the estimated directions of the directional components are changed by a predetermined factor, wherein, if changes are within a predetermined interval, they are combined in order to form a directional centre channel object signal. For the other directions an encoding to Higher Order Ambisonics HOA is performed. Additional ambient signal channels are generated by de-correlation and rating by gain factors, followed by encoding to HOA. The directional HOA signals and the ambient HOA signals are combined, and the combined HOA signal and the centre channel object signals are transformed to time domain.

As a result, the cord rolling unit of the invention can be used individually, or combined with the auxiliary driving unit by the transmission shaft for increasing the rolling force of the cord rolling unit.

In the multicarrier communications system, a terminal is configured with a PCC and at least one SCC. A first base station in which the PCC is located transmits downlink data to the terminal by using a PDSCH on the PCC; and the first base station demodulates a PUCCH on the PCC by using a first format and a second format, to obtain feedback information sent by the terminal, where the first format is a PUCCH format used for a single serving cell, and the second format is a PUCCH format used for a plurality of serving cells. Therefore, a problem that downlink retransmission is continually performed because feedback information cannot be demodulated due to inconsistent PUCCH formats is resolved.
