    Abstract: The present invention provides antibodies, or antigen binding fragments thereof, that bind to human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), as well as uses of these antibodies or fragments in therapeutic applications, such as in the treatment of cancer or chronic viral infection. Such method of treatment include combination therapy with inhibitors of other immunomodulatory receptor interactions, such as the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction. The invention further provides polynucleotides encoding the heavy and/or light chain variable region of the antibodies, expression vectors comprising the polynucleotides encoding the heavy and/or light chain variable region of the antibodies, cells comprising the vectors, and methods of making the antibodies or fragments by expressing them from the cells.

    Abstract: A computer implemented method for routing a first path in a circuit design is presented. The method includes iteratively building a multitude of partial-paths to route the first path by adding an incremental length to a selected previously built partial-path when the computer is invoked to route the first path in the circuit design, the adding being performed in accordance with at least a first design rule. The multitude of partial-paths start at a first location. The method further includes comparing each of the multitude of partial-paths to each other when the multitude of partial-paths end on a common second location different from the first location, and saving one of the multitude of partial-paths that leads to a shortest first path. The method further includes eliminating one of the multitude of partial-paths that are not selected to lead to the shortest first path.

An ON-time control unit controls the PWM signal and determines the ON time in response to the compensation voltage and the voltage peak. The ON-time control unit is configured to make the ON time not less than a minimum ON time, and the minimum ON time is determined in response to the voltage peak.
