    Abstract: Techniques for identifying air pollution sources based on aerosol retrieval and a glowworm swarm algorithm are described herein. According to these techniques, a satellite remote sensing image is obtained and a wind speed vector is obtained from the satellite remote sensing image. A GSO algorithm is applied, introducing a glowworm similarity correction factor obtained from an attribute value and a wind speed and wind direction correction factor obtained from the wind speed vector, and pollution sources are identified.

A second layer SDS cluster including a combination of the first layer SDS clusters is defined, and using a distributed management application, the second layer SDS cluster is managed, the distributed management application including multiple management nodes executing on all of the servers. In one embodiment, each of the storage nodes executes within a separate independent virtual machine, and each of the virtual machines executes a given management node. In another embodiment, each of the storage nodes executes within a separate independent first virtual machine, and each server includes a second virtual machine that executes a given management node.

The wiping portion includes a power mechanism and a power supply device. The power mechanism includes an output shaft, a rotary disc and a duster removably fixed to the rotary disc. The power device includes a switch and a battery which are electrically connected to the power mechanism. When the power mechanism is turned on, the output shaft rotates the rotary disc and the duster to clean the outer surface of the glass, as an user moves the operating portion which is attracted to the inner surface of the glass, the wiping portion will also move along the outer surface of the glass to perform cleaning operation.

The method is performed by forming gate structures and middle-end-of-the-line (MEOL) structures extending in a first direction over an active area of a substrate. The MEOL structures are interleaved between the gate structures along a second direction. The method further forms a power rail and a first metal wire extending in the second direction. The first metal wire is over the MEOL structures. A double patterning process is performed to form second and third metal wires extending in the first direction over the first metal wire and separated in the second direction. The second metal wire is cut according to a first cut region of a first cut mask to define a first metal strap connecting a first one of the MEOL structures to the power rail.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MIMO) rank reduction to improve downlink throughput are disclosed. A method of operation of a radio access node includes determining that an imbalance between parallel channels of a spatial multiplexing downlink transmission to a wireless device is greater than an imbalance threshold and/or that a Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) rate over time for the parallel channels of a spatial multiplexing downlink transmission reported by the wireless device is greater than a NACK rate threshold. The method also includes, in response to determining that the imbalance between the parallel channels is greater than the imbalance threshold and/or that the NACK rate is greater than the NACK rate threshold, performing a fast rank reduction for a next downlink transmission whereby a rank is reduced from a rank indicator reported by the wireless device to some lower rank. Reducing the rank may improve downlink throughput.

The install message instructs the next SPU to create the entry in another data structure, and forward the install message to another SPU. The SPU receives the install message from a last SPU, and sets a state of the entry to active in the data structure based on receiving the install message from the last SPU. The SPU performs a particular action on another packet, associated with the malicious source, based on the setting the state of the entry to active.

    Abstract: An envelope-tracking power supply modulator (ETSM) supplies power to a radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) of a radio frequency (RF) circuit according to a baseband envelope signal. The ETSM includes a linear amplifier, a capacitor, a single inductor multiple output (SIMO) switch-mode converter, and a controller. The linear amplifier receives the baseband envelope signal, and has its output terminal coupled to a power input of the RFPA. One terminal of the capacitor is coupled to a reference voltage, and the other terminal is coupled to a power input of the linear amplifier. The SIMO switch-mode converter includes two output terminals. One of the output terminals is coupled to the capacitor and the power input of the linear amplifier, and the other of the output terminals is coupled to the output terminal of the linear amplifier and the power input of the RFPA. The controller controls the SUMO switch-mode converter.
