Abstract: There is provided a display device, a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel includes a driving backplane, a light-emitting layer, a first inorganic layer, a lens layer, an organic layer and a second inorganic layer. The light-emitting layer is arranged on a side of the driving backplane and includes a pixel definition layer and light-emitting devices. The first inorganic layer covers the light-emitting layer. The lens layer is arranged on a surface of the first inorganic layer away from the driving backplane, and includes lenses arranged as corresponding to the light-emitting devices. The organic layer covers the lens layer. A refractive index of the organic layer is smaller than a refractive index of the first inorganic layer and smaller than a refractive index of the lenses. The second inorganic layer covers the organic layer.

The display panel includes: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting elements, disposed on the substrate; an optical adjustment pattern, disposed on a side, departing from the substrate, of the light emitting elements, wherein the optical adjustment pattern includes a first bump structure corresponding to at least one light emitting element of the plurality of light emitting units, an overlapping region being present between an orthographic projection of the first bump structure on the substrate and an orthographic projection of the light emitting element corresponding to the first bump structure on the substrate, an area of the overlapping region being less than an area of the orthographic projection of the light emitting element on the substrate; and a first planarization layer, disposed on a side, departing from the light emitting element, of the optical adjustment pattern.
