  • Publication number: 20090193929
Abstract: The invention is related to a foldable control lever structure of motorcycle handle which mainly comprises a control lever, a pivot base and a pivot set, wherein said pivot base is pivotally combined with said control lever enabling said control lever to relatively perform 0-90 degrees pivotally folding effect, thereby said control lever can be properly folded without causing damage in case of motorcycle falling down causing the control lever to hit the ground, and further through pivotal offset between said pivot base and pivot set matching with the external top-pushing spring and internal adjuster buttoning bolt design, relative relationship between said control lever and said motorcycle handle grip can be micro-adjusted according to palm size difference of riders, thereby to obtain best handiness of operation.

  • Publication number: 20070069524
Abstract: A locking mechanism of a braking device for aluminum doors and window according to the invention includes a sleeve and a locking pillar. The sleeve is a hollow tube-shaped structure, which has an expanded projecting rim at an upper end surface thereof, and a fastening mechanism below the projecting rim. The locking pillar has a fastening section at an outer wall thereof for corresponding with the fastening mechanism of the sleeve to accommodate the locking pillar in the sleeve and to further accommodate the sleeve in a through opening at a supporting window frame of a casement, thereby locating a securing section of the sleeve to the through opening at an upper board of the supporting window frame. Hence, the locking pillar is allowed with sliding movements in the sleeve without being bounced out or disengaged.

  • Publication number: 20070053766
Abstract: A screw for assembling aluminum doors/windows, which is integrally formed with a bolt and a nut. The bolt has exterior threads, and is provided at its bottom end With a taper. Threads of a diameter greater than the other threads are provided adjacent to the taper, while a rugged surface having unidirectional ratchets is provided on the top surface of the nut. A hexagonal hole is provided on the bolt top such that when the bolt is collocated with an anti-loose nut for fastening the vertical and horizontal frames of the aluminum door/window to form a doorframe/window frame, it will be convenient for one to adjust the height of the side frames.

  • Publication number: 20060283109
Abstract: A tenoning structure is composed of a stage at a bottom of a glass clipping groove of a left and a right vertical frame, and a plurality of notch grooves and latch ribs is located on the inside and outside plates. A positioning groove is located on an inside surface of the upper and lower horizontal frame, cuttings are located at two ends of an outside surfaces, and a rib is located at a top end of two side plates of the glass clipping groove of the horizontal frames, such that the two end surfaces of the upper and lower horizontal frames can be pressed against the stages of the left and right vertical frames, and the latching ribs of the vertical frames can be latched into the horizontal frames, in order to construct a tenoning structure for a frame body of the aluminum door/window.

  • Patent number: 6597964
Abstract: A thermocoupled lift system for semiconductor etch chambers. The system comprises multiple thermocoupled lift pins which are vertically extendible from a heater block inside a semiconductor etch chamber and are capable of lowering a semiconductor wafer onto the heater block before the etching process and lifting the wafer from the heater block after the etching process. In the event that the temperature of the wafer exceeds a predetermined value after the etching process, the lift pins trigger release of a cooling purge gas such as nitrogen into the etching chamber to partially cool the wafer prior to transfer of the wafer to a cool down chamber for further cooling. The initial gas-induced cooling of the wafer prevents thermal stressing thereof upon transfer of the wafer to the cool down chamber.
